Reviewed By Miss-Murphy-74I can honestly say, I've never felt more welcome, or more at home In a hotel. I lost my passport and there was issues with the temp which meant we had to extend our stay. The management and staff couldn't have been more helpful, making us comfortable, and helping with documents. I would highly recommend this hotel, and the lovely friendly staff that work here. IBO, Ahmet, Gökhan and the rest of team was super professional and they know how to do they jobs! Was amazing spend the time together with them! Huge thank you for you all you guys❤️ Second of all, spa! The man name Murat from spa… he was a great friend, worker and professional person in his job. Always with smile, positive attitude and good energy made our holidays in perfectly way! Thank you so much for your all team! ❤️ But of course there is negative things… First of all, cleanness and cleaning stuff… what about the professional training to your stuff? We have stayed for 12 days and I didn’t expected to see so unpleasant and unprofessional workers … Swimming pool area, swimming bar toilets, lobby toilets and rooms was never clean perfectly…. A lot of trash, empty plates, cups…Animation team was cleaning the pool even it’s not they job… The toilet paper wasn’t there, bad smell and always slippy. Once, I have asked for one the cleaning ladies to give me a paper to clean a table and her answer was - bring from your room.:. 5 star ⭐️ I was shocked for her attitude. If the cleaning stuff would do they jobs properly in the evening time, it wouldn’t be a problem in the morning. Bar and restaurant boys did the best for us. They are working so hard! This hotel needs to be improved so much! Plus, don’t recommend the swimming pool on the roof if it’s closed… in total, everything was good. Just those things … If hotel will improve those things, the rating would be much more higher!
