We went to Foxborough to see a Garth Brooks concert on May 21, 2022 and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was sold out. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice young lady by the name of Lynelle Clervil. When we entered our room there was a strange smell and it was warm. I discovered that the cooling/heating system wasn't working which could explain the smell as there was no air circulation. I called down to the desk and spoke to Lynelle about the situation. She messaged her general manager and a short time later Mr. Mark Myles showed up at our door as promised. With the hotel being sold out I was concerned but was hoping that they would have another room on standby just in case of something like this. Mark said that he may have another room and would check. Shortly after we relocated to another, more spacious room across and a couple of rooms down the hall on the same floor. Thank God! Our room was nice and cool and in good order. I can't thank Mr. Myles enough as he went above and beyond for this customer! In regard to breakfast, no one went away hungry as the staff made sure that there was plenty of food for all. The eating area is large enough as well. Thank you to all of you for doing a fine job. The front desk (Lynelle), the kitchen staff, and of course, Mr. Mark Myles. Should we ever be in your town again I will be sure to look up this hotel again.

Cleaning crew got a three day holiday I guess

Well - $200 a night for Memorial Day weekend was the rip off the century- includes $8 for parking in potholes, pool closed, gym a wreck, carpets not vacuumed for days. Rooms not cleaned the entire weekend; inedible breakfast, a wild fight between a guest and staff; and a very tired beat up building. We were assigned the hotel as part of the Needham Soccer tournament but I'll not accept that request again. Aside from a pleasant man at check in this hotel was 100% dysfunctional.

When I arrived to this hotel for my one night stay, I was warmly greeted by Cloe. 10 minutes before my arrival, I called the hotel and Cloe professionally answered the phone and gave me all the details about my stay. During the check in process, Cloe was very delightful, professional and very friendly. Also Irlene at the front desk was very friendly. It is a pleasure to go to a hotel and feel welcomed and being exposed to people who really care about guests and the hotel. Cloe is a great asset to that property. Great job!

Staff lies, staff acts unprofessional, staff rude, ignorant and anti-customer. Got a call that three of my four rooms were paid for and the card wasn’t working or the fourth. Why worry....we were coming and on the road at that time? Was threatened by the office manager here to either give them a new credit card (on the phone no less, like we would give another credit card number out to someone when we couldn’t verify identity) or lose all of my four rooms. Now Ilm on the road driving to Boston and she’s giving me a time limit to show up or be dropped. What? It turns out it was the hotel’s credit authorization process not working but this woman was just the height of nasty and unprofessional. ABYSMAL. I did call the manager who listened but told me he would call me back. Never did. Guess the saying about the apple not falling far from the tree applies here. We cancelled this place and went to a Marriott. Not a place you need to hang out – check out the other reviews as well. Seems like we are all in agreement. Go elsewhere – there are multiple problems here
