Brilliant place to stay
Reviewed By Scott KWe were travelling through the area and needed a place to stay for the night. The price was the biggest factor as we were just looking for somewhere cheap. Found it on the TripAdvisor website and just turned up as it was the cheapest one around. There was no one in when we arrived but there was a helpful sign telling us to call a number. So I did that and explained that we were looking for a bed for the night. He spoke good English and was able to understand me and told me the pass code to get into the hotel which I thought was very trusting! He said he would be there in about 20 mins and that we could go up to one of the rooms and make ourselves comfortable (all despite the fact that no one was there). For the price, the rooms were outstanding and had a brilliant shower which is definitely a bonus when staying in a hotel. When he arrived he said that we could pay when we left and that there would be a discount if we paid with cash (anything to save some money). He was very friendly and chatted to us at breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was pretty basic with packaged croissants and yoghurts mainly but for the price, you can't argue. The coffee machine was pretty good though and gave some really tasty coffee, perfect to start the day. Overall and really nice place to stay, pretty basic but smart at the same time. Awesome value for money and the place had a good atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.
