Reviewed By PassengerLorraineAH1Many of the reviews I read are unjust. Maybe because they were in busy season it was different. We had a fabulous time. Very covid secure . Welcoming reception at all times. Breakfast buffet well organised as per covid safety & plentiful and fresh. You can ask for extras to be cooked eg omelettes etc. The gym is small but clean. Pool was immaculate & very peaceful. Pool bar and lunch food there was plentiful and varied for our needs. It is in a quiet location which we wanted but could walk to a few other rocky inlets and beaches (to the left across from hotels stony beach) there are couple of snack bars/ beach bar and a 5* hotel we ate at one evening. The hotels stony beach is lovely for swimming & has plenty of sail shades , beds and comfy cushions for the beds. Showers and toilets. The hotels beach is a short walk to the right from the stony one. The hotel can drop you there , just ask at reception, also if you let them know you are going to the beach they take beds and umbrella and it is all set up for you ! Taxis are expensive, it is 20€ to either Ostuni or Santa Marina one way. But both worth a trip for a evening meal , stroll and cocktails. I would definitely return with my hubby next time and maybe get a car if we can hire one for a good price.

Ancient farm of 1600, a few steps from the sea and only 7 km from the center of Ostuni , offers stays in the countryside with all the comforts of a hotel . In the past post station along the ancient Via Traiana . Fascinating and enchanting place , today the Masseria has been restored by historians owners elegantly and with full respect of the original features . Surrounded by the green / silver age-old olive trees and the scent of citrus .
Poor quality - poor service

I’m a nice guy But honestly a Very bad experience, we booked for 2 nights and haven’t managed to sleep night #1 and we truly regret this choice ! The venue is quite nice and charming but : The overall condition of the room is very poor with lots of mold and old & used materials that all need to be fixed or changed The mattress is awful with metal springs that pierce your back Air conditioning is malfunctioning and so loud you cannot sleep at all Fridge makes the same noise ! Awful ! You feel you’re sleeping in a industrial manufactory Swimming pool is a nightmare with absolute no maintenance: a complete nest of germs (gravel and sand all over and surely no chlore to clean the water) My children themselves had to step back when they saw the colour and what was inside !! So I kindly shared my concern with the person in charge who was very rude and unprofessional, telling me that this was normal for a Masseria and this was not a hotel ! and that I shouldn’t expect more , she was even angry when I asked her to change the mattress at least. For the air con, she kind of smiled and said this is a normal noise and did nothing! Unacceptable ! When you charge your customers 137€ yes they surely deserve a better experience, better service and fair value for money! Let’s try to sleep night #2 - I’ll ask for a fan but I’m pretty sure they will repudiate my demand with no concern. I just read the previous review from the 9th August 2019 and it’s exactly the same issues encountered ! I also read the answer of the director which is from outter space of bad faith and rudeness - he should probably change the path of his career if customer care doesn’t ring a bell to him....let’s see his kind and honest answer to this factual review !

Reviewed By Spina_93abbiamo alloggiato a villa Marianna per 3 notti. Il proprietario è stato cordiale e disponibile ancora prima del nostro arrivo, mandandoci la posizione prima della partenza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una casina piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Silenzio e riservatezza la fanno da padrona e anche il locatario si fa in 4 per far sentirti sentire a tuo agio, senza essere invadente. Peccato per il wifi, che purtroppo non era disponibile a causa del maltempo dei giorni precedenti, cosa che sappiamo non dipendere direttamente dal gestore, per questo non abbiamo dubbio nell'assegnare il punteggio pieno. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare anche l'anno prossimo
