Ideally situated between Bergerac, Sarlat and Périgueux and in proximity to the most prestigious sites of the Perigord.Come and join us in the one of the most beautiful village in France at the joining of the Dordogne and the Vézère.In its naturally green and flourishing setting, the "Ferme de Perdigat" will seduce you with the familial and convivial ambiance.
We stayed here for 4 nights. This farm camping has it all: big campingplaces, very hygienic toiletblocks and showers, a lot of extra activities and above all a very good kitchen. Since a good kitchen at a camping is rather rare, this is a big plus. We very much recommand staying here and chill out at the poolside. Pay attention: this is a familycamping, so you will encounter a lot of kids :-).

We stayed here for 2 nights. In May/June 2022. The location is beautiful, overlooking a bend in the river Dordogne with widespread vistas from the terrace where delicious meals are served. The room was gorgeous and well equipped everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel, it is extremely peaceful and calm. The nearby small village of Limeuil is worth a visit to see the confluence of 2 rivers. The walk there is downhill, the return trip was challenging for some and a dip in the pool was welcome on our return to the hotel.

Absolutely lovely - such a pretty room and bedroom. Loved all the little extra touches. Comfortable bed with nice bed linen. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast - and excellent value for money. Very peaceful location, sitting out area with views and also swimming pool. Only 2 bedrooms so very little chance of noisy co-guests. Would not hesitate to recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Limeuil is only few minutes drive with restaurants and bar. Fantastic piazza at l'Chai.

Just couldn't resist coming back here - see my previous reviews of the chambres d'hote and restaurant - and it continues to be a really lovely spot to spend a few days. The room was so comfortable and peaceful, the setting so beautiful and the owners so friendly that you really couldn't ask for more. (I should add that, mediaeval village or not, there is free Wi-Fi ........ whatever that may mean!)

We booked at Domaine de la Vitrolle after reading Martin Walker's detective-in-the-Dordogne series, Bruno, Chief of Police. While Bruno was not there to welcome us, we had a great experience. Our room was very large, so large my husband got lost in the middle of the night, because it is also very dark - no ambient light coming in from outside - and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, good pillows, good linens. We loved having extra room for sitting and a table and chairs for eating dinner. The bathroom was huge, with stained glass windows. We loved the breakfast with fresh croissants and pain au chocolate, meats, cheeses, and apple juice pressed from apples grown on site. We stayed three nights, and found it to be a great value for the space and the lovely experience. The location is so close to the old prehistoric caves, to many castles, and to little towns specializing in geese (fois gras) and truffles. There are three large grocery/department stores in nearby LeBugue (5 minutes) and several good restaurants nearby.

Non. Dommage. Bonne continuation. Amitiés aux bretons. Amitiés aux nordistes.
