Lack of Quality
Reviewed By Petter BI arrived early evening on an international flight. Prior to arrival, I was informed that they offered a complimentary airport shuttle - the hotel is located only a few minutes away. However, no information at the airport arrival - I looked for the shuttle, but did not see any. Next, I called the hotel to ask/request - they then informed me that the shuttle could pick me up in 30 minutes. Tired from the flight, I took a taxi-cab. This was about 10 USD - iikely worth it when another 30 minutes was the alternative. Check-in was slow. The hotel also advertised free WIFI, however this turned out to be difficult for a MacBook Air. The reception finally told me that I needed to provide them with the MAC ADDRESS, they would then communicate this to their internet provider, which in turn would enable wifi access. YES - it worked after 2 hours, I have never experienced anything similar. Otherwise, the hotel served its purpose, quite expensive - I would recommend looking for any other nearby alternative.

Evolving visit
Reviewed By MalienteThis is my second visit with a mix of good and bad. Hence the 3 star rating. The premises is well situated in a beautiful environment and location. Great rooms and service overall. Out of the way, remote, must have a car to get to or you will pay a good buck to reach. Lot's of nature, food OK but expensive. Breakfast included. They even charge you for ice and water, hence in my opinion money hungry. They don't allow you to bring your own beer or spirits. Expensive bar on site, same as restaurant. I got in my car and went local for food and drinks. Wi-Fi weak and spotty. Hotel rate cheaper if you deal directly with them. NOT an online third party like Travelocity. They charged 20% commission. They act as if they are going broke if they give you, ice and water. I will NOT be returning to this hotel. Lots of competition is close by.

Unique Hotel
Reviewed By davideocWe had a day layover in San Salvador. We stayed at the Rancho hotel and really enjoyed it. The main lobby is full of interesting decorations and the Restaurant was excellent. The rooms were very traditional and basic, but cool and comfortable. The hotel in not for fancy pants folk, but great for anyone looking for an authentic San Salvador experience. I will definitely stay there again.

Reviewed By PatydollThe house was nice the pools nice we had a private jacuzzi ,now food not good HORRIBLE,if you wan5 to be happy in this place ,bring your toilet paper hand towels and you own food they don’t know how to cook eggs without adding so much salt that you can’t eat my dinner I give it to the dogs because I could not eat I wish the new manager,Jose Luis Santander fixed this, so my family and I can return

Realice el booking para un familiar, y cuando este llego al hotel tenia que presentar la Tarjeta de Credito fisica, porque no tienen medios electronicos, mientras yo en Estados Unidos solucionado con la Cia, ECHARON a mi familiar del Hotel en la media noche sin wifi sin tarjeta de credito, devolverse al Aeroipuerto. Lo otro dice free shuttle y le cobraron a mi familiar 30 usd por cada ride.
