Humans' basic need for relaxation in nature is thoroughly satisfied by your stay in our comfortable guest house built in absolute harmony with their surroundings and made to meet the needs of a large family or two smaller ones as well as of a group of adults who want to share their holidays under the same roof with the comforts and convenience of their own homes. Every guest house can sleep six persons and accommodate up to 8 persons, upon arrangement.Every dwelling is autonomous from end to end, with verandas and balconies on the north and south sides of the building.The living room, a fully equipped -also by a dishwasher- kitchen, the dining room, a WC and a double-bedded bedroom adjoining a veranda, are located on the ground floor. It covers a surface of forty square metres.On the first floor are situated a second double-bedded bedroom leading to a personal balcony, a hallway, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing-machine and finally a second balcony with a pergola.The second floor covers a net surface of twenty seven square metres. On the second floor, we have made a spacious, amply-illumined loft with two single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower cabin. The loft covers a surface of twenty three square metres.
Nice but with a few remarks
Reviewed By Desislava LPositives: The house in which we were accommodated was very clean, with branded sheets and towels. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking, there were full sets of dishes and glasses for 8 persons. Big outdoor tables and chairs in front of each house. Location is in a quiet place yet only 5 minutes walk to Kalamitsi beach. In the area there are many superb beaches in a short drive by car. Wi-fi signal was good. The owners were so kind to re-arrange one of the rooms and to add one extra bed and baby crib for our two kids. Negatives: The top floor with the two single beds and bathroom is too low for adults. The stairs leading to the third floor are a bit steep for small kids. There is only one drying rack on the second floor terrace, which although big, is not enough for the towels and clothes of more than 4 people. The hosts are kind and friendly but they "forgot" to tell us that the solar panels produce hot water only during the day and in sunny weather. In the first evening we had to bath our baby with cold water. On the next morning it was cloudy and there was no hot water again. Then we called the owners and after some stalling they admitted that the house also has electric boiler connected with the solar panels but the power switch for the boiler on the electricity board is off and hidden under a black tape. And finally - the cleaning fee. In their website they state that you owe cleaning fee only if you leave the house dirty. But when there was time to pay, they told us they charge 40 EUR because they will clean anyway. It was not a problem for us to pay this fee but yet it leaves a negative impression. They`d better increase the price and not surprise the guests with such unexpected fees (all hotels clean their rooms after the guests but no one charges them extra for this).

Lovely camping with a lot of sercices included: Free WiFi Hot/cold water 24h a day Bath towels and bed/pillow sheets Everything is clean and in order Market inside Close to wonderful beaches The last but not the least Nina and her family team with their availability and kindness made it a wonderful experience. We'll come back for sure. Thanks guys by Italian guests

Good place to stay in Kalamitsi
Reviewed By DamianFlemingWE decided to book something fairly late after a visit to mountains of Zagori and Meteora for trekking (both amazing). There wasnt much available but we booked a room at Ermioni and we were very satisfied. The location was good - short walk to the beach and right by the bus stop and the room was spacious and clean. We didnt really need anymore. The people on the front desk were friendly and helpful too. Good value for money for a spot in Kalamitsi. On the last day we visited both Porto Koufo and Torini. We really loved Porto Koufo and would stay there next time although really loved Kalamitsi too.

Hotel Palladium Sithonia is a brand-new hotel, located few meters away from the beautiful beach of Kalamitsi, Greece. The hotel has the best quality of Italian furniture, hypoallergenic pillows, and deluxe mattresses. It features a pool, restaurant, pool bar, and reception.
Lovely place to stay
Reviewed By bobbyg804The hotel is located almost at the edge of Sithonia the second peninsula of Halkidiki, it's about a 2-3 drive from Thessaloniki. This hotel is modern and is run by a family from Skopja. The rooms are small but nice, clean and modern. Each room have a balcony where you get enjoy your coffee or your drink. There's a pool with some long chairs that you can enjoy. If you come by car there's a free public parking a few steps away. The beach is located nearby and there's a few restaurants. If you want a quiet place to stay and enjoy the beautiful beach this hotel is perfect.

Shocking
Reviewed By LifeboatcoxWe booked Villa Pap through booking.com for the 13th August for two nights. We informed the owners that we would be arriving on a late flight and that we would have our eleven year old daughter with us. When we arrived late on the 13th by taxi we were told that our room had been let out. I was shocked. All they said was you are too late. So there we were, me my partner and our eleven year old daughter at 11 o'clock at night with nowhere to stay. The owners just sat by the pool and didn't seem to give a Damn. Luckily I had asked the Taxi driver to wait and he eventually managed to find us a hotel. Our room was supposed to be confirmed by booking.com and when they were informed the next day they told us that Villa Pap said we had not turned up and had put us on the system as a no show. Shocking!
