Beautiful Retreat
Reviewed By PrinterBirdWe visited Okmizuma Onsen on the last night of our trip as a way to relax before heading home. The rooms are traditional and beautiful and the garden surrounding the ryokan is lovely. We loved hearing the rushing water from the creek outside of our window as we drifted off to sleep and very much enjoyed our beautiful dinner in our room and the lovely staff did their best to explain to us how to eat some of the more unusual items. Its worth paying the extra money for the meal - its a very special experience. The baths are relaxing and well-maintained with both an indoor section and an outdoor section with views of the forest and creek. You'll definitely come away feeling relaxed! A few of the staff speak a little bit of english and will do their very best to communicate and make you feel welcome but its mostly Japanese so don't book here if you are english-speaking and can't deal with that. Some of the guests even came over to help us in the morning with our food! You can call ahead to book the dinner and arrange a ride from the train station - there's a number for a translation service that will be provided for you or a short taxi ride from the station works as well. Just a note: they do allow smoking in the lobby and though its vented and doesn't reach the rooms, you can smell the smoke a bit in that area.

Kind Hearted Lady Boss!
Reviewed By JChuaAfter a strong typhoon, our Hotel Le Ciel in Kaizuka has both their electricity and water supplies cut off. Left with no choice, we walked to this older Hotel in Kaizuka where we stayed for the next 4 nights. The kind hearted lady Boss here, upon hearing our sad story, upgraded our Twin room to a more spacious Triple room - with a King & a Single bed, all soft and very comfy indeed. The room has also a long leather sofa and round table. It was rather spacious and very comfy indeed. The assigned room, 401, though appeared dated and rough around the edges, was rather quiet though it faced onto the main road, the beds were very comfy and we slept pretty well here. TV was big and has many channels, free tea/coffee & microwave oven at the Lobby on 2nd floor. Washing machine (payable i think) is on the first ground floor. For breakfasts, it was cheap at 7++ yen per head and was cheaper than other Japanese hotels which we had previously stayed at but since we are no breakfasts people, we did not part take. Though the rooms here do mot enjoy free Wifi, they do have LAN and modems for rental. A minor gripe about the room is, of course, the mini sized bathroom with toilet attached. In addition, the minibar in the room was also very small indeed ... This hotel is an easy 3-4 mins walk from Kaizuka train station West exit, which is only 15 mins train ride to Kansai Airport and about 30 mins to Namba. Highly recommended to stay here!

Reviewed By Daimaikrap貝塚駅から徒歩5分ほどで大変便利で、関西空港の早朝便に乗るために前泊で利用させていただきました。アパートの一室のようで風呂、トイレ、寝室があって広くて快適です。

천재지변도 손님의 몫!
Reviewed By JJJ_VIEW태풍으로 비행기가 모두 결항 된 것은 물론, 아예 간사이 공항은 폐쇄 되었습니다. 공항은 물이 차서 수많은 사람들이 하루이틀 동안은 난민처럼 고립되어있는 뉴스가 연일 보도됨에도 A&Z Guest House 측은 '규정상' 이라는 말로서 계속해서 일정부분에 대한 환불도 진행하지 못하겠다고 단정짓는 메일만 주었습니다. 게다가 공항이 폐쇄되어 갈 수 없는 상황임에도 no-show 라고 공지했고, (예약했지만 당일에 방문하지 않음) 후기도 올릴 수 없게 해두었습니다. (부킹닷컴은 더 한심합니다) 천재지변이 일어나도 자신은 1원도 손해보지 않겠다는, 비양심적이고 비도덕적인 규정을 규정이라고 정해놓고 철저히 지키고 있는 A&Z Guest House는 무언가 잘못된 것이 아닌가 싶습니다. 30만원 정도의 돈을 환불받지 못한 것과 더불이 이 사업채의 응대는 매우 불쾌할 정도였습니다. siri에게 묻는 것보다도 성의없는 대답들과 '규정상'이라는 말만 돌아왔을 뿐 입니다. 개선이 촉구 됩니다.
