The hotel is located on a nice place in nature with a good view. The room as are ok, a bit old. The restaurant has a nice menu with good quality food. The staff could be friendlier. The welcome at the front desk was just ok. The welcome at the restaurant was cold. While waiting to be seated. Had to wait for the third waitress walking in front of me to get the first hello. I got the feeling that they have other thing to do but taking care of me.

I booked for a business associate in June. I checked him out and wanted to pay for the bill. They said they had already charged my credit cardayd that the bill is in the mail. The charged - true - but since then I try to receive a proper invoice. Today is August 1, and I had to write again. Such a respect less waste of my time. A shame really, as we constantly book guests and artists who work with us in our nearby photo studio. That aside, the hotel is OK.

I booked 1 apartment for 2 nights on Booking.com. According to the booking rules, we would have to pay cash on arrival (no credit cards accepted), but 2 days after the reservation the host wrote an email, asking for the whole payment via international bank transfer. 4 days after the reservation (and 2 days after the payment request) the host wrote to me again asking to do a covid-19 test 48 hours before our arrival. He wrote also that he could possibly ask for a new test after 48 hours, so before our departure. On the booking rules, there was no mention about the covid-19 and they asked only after the request of payment! Moreover we are from Italy and covid-19 test is not mandatory to enter in Germany! They are really unfair, avoid this place!
