Reviewed By F4837DRsusannStaff are super-friendly and helpful, but that's not enough to overcome some significant structural deficiences. The room appeared to have been furnished with a hodgepodge of thrift store finds - old, tired, stained misfits. I wouldn't have minded so much if at least the pieces were clean, but they were far from it. When there's a sign saying "cleaned an disinfected for your comfort and protection," you shouldn't see dust, or feel anything sticky. Complimentary WiFi is appreciated, but a place to charge devices would also be good. The only outlet that accepted a charging block was in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast is also a bonus, with plenty of healthy options. I just wish that were enough to make up for the room.

We're off US-98 near Publix grocery store and Gulf Breeze Hospital, just three miles from public beaches. Downtown Pensacola is 7 miles away, and Pensacola International Airport is 10 miles away. Our pet-friendly hotel offers free WiFi and free breakfast. Our friendly staff are happy to suggest where to eat and must-see attractions.
Nice but where is the elevator?
Reviewed By John BWe booked a room through a 3rd party website, which gave us a fair price. But we were kinda mislead thinking that our hotel room would be closer or on the beach. That's not the fault of this hotel at all. We settled in and found the room to be quite comfortable and a nice size. It was awesome having a sitting area plus a small kitchen area complete with all the amenities including a large refrigerator. I walked over to the nearby Publix and picked up a few food items since we could cook and cool. LOL We had a single King bed, and it was really comfy, too. My only complaint would be that the elevator locations are not clearly marked and would not be easy to find in the event of an emergency. I've included 2 photos showing the view down the hallway in either direction from our room door. I strongly urge the hotel to put in some easy to see signage clearly pointing out where the elevators are located. Likely this should be hanging off the ceiling directly adjacent to the elevator nook.

Our hotel is 1.5 miles from the beach, and is centrally located to the the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Dinosaur Adventure Land and Pensacola Greyhound Track, Northwest Florida Zoo, and Fort Pickens State Park. After a fun day at the beach or at our large outdoor pool, enjoy and relax with a cocktail in our lounge and have dinner in the restaurant. All of our rooms offer free wifi, microwaves and refrigerators, coffee makers and hair dryers. We are pet friendly as well. Be sure to enjoy a "sunset" view from our private beach at evening!
What a dump
Reviewed By lawdawg653I expected more from a Quality Inn. The place is really run down and in need of a total makeover. The rooms are very dated and probably haven't seen a coat of paint in years. It's pretty bad when the faucets for the tub/shower are completely different. The "continental breakfast" was horrible. The sausage and eggs where cold like they had just been thawed out and not heated up. The restaurant still had the chairs up on the tables and only 3 lights on. The place was like a dungeon. Overall condition of the property is poor. The only plus was the staff is very friendly.

Dirty Room; Unprofessional management
Reviewed By cmF3350DII wish I could give zero stars! The room was disgusting and dirty! The comforter was dirty - so I was going to pull that off and not use it - but when I pulled the comforter down, I discovered there were long hairs on the sheets, and they looked wrinkled, as if they had not been changed. We requested a new set of sheets, and changed the bed ourselves. In addition, someone else's hair was all over the shower and floor! And the air conditioner vent was covered in a thick layer of dust! When we spoke to the manager, we were told we'd be given a very significant discount once he spoke to the owners. However, rather than them following up with me, I had to call multiple times to get a response, at which point, they offered a $50 discount... which would mean paying almost $200 for a dirty, disgusting room... where we had to make our own bed. I told the front desk clerk this was unacceptable and to please see what more could be done - she never called back. Since then, I have called repeatedly, but they don't answer my call (they have caller ID). I finally got tired of dealing with this unprofessional and unscrupulous hotel staff... and took up the matter with my credit card company! Do not stay here unless you like sleeping in filth!
