Reviewed By frankie oRented a room on May 29 2022 for the night, Room 1102 got into the room and it was dated and smelled musty had a long day so i went to shower i get into the shower and it had hairs in it i turn the shower on then unfortunately i discover that the bath tub drain was clogged so had to shower with dirty water on my feet, then im done in the shower i grab a towel and it had brown stains all over. Im finished in the bathroom and i get out to my wife sneezing because the sprinkler system that sit on top of the head board was extremely dusty so i had to sleep with my wife sneezing all night so I didn’t get much sleep.

Clean and Affordable with Easy Access to NYC
Reviewed By klhg32960I selected this hotel based on price and proximity to NYC, as well as proximity to places we intended to visit in northern NJ. My children and I used the bus line located directly in front of the hotel twice with round trip tickets to NYC. Bus 163 dropped us at the Port Authority Terminal in the city, where we could easily access many of the attractions. On our return trip, we accessed the bus via Gate 24 in the Port Authority Terminal. We felt safe on the bus and found the time (about 20 minutes into the city) and location to be convenient. The rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was included each morning. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the area.

Reviewed By chirolexiIf you're staying at this hotel, be sure to NOT complain about the issues with the rooms to the front desk. The hot water in the shower is inconsistent, meaning that you may get a jolt of extremely cold water every now and then. The sinks do not drain properly, causing you to wait until the water goes down to be able to use it again. More importantly, the humming noise the refrigerator makes will make you sleep deprived. What was inconceivable were not these problems, but what the front desk will tell you when you report the issues. "If you don't like the room, then you can checkout". Giving us just under 2 hours to pack everything up, and find another hotel we can stay at. In final words, we were glad to check out and find a better hotel to stay at.

This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
Reviewed By mikeoF7699PTThis has been a very bad experience for multiple reasons: 1. No complimentary continental breakfast as advertised on the site (which is included in the final cost) 2. Room tv doesn't work (volume cuts in and out) 3. Room was not clean upon arrival. Dirty sheets. Used pillows under the bed with previous guests belongings. 4. Front desk phone is some times not answered. Had to walk down to speak to someone multiple times. No one was at the desk nor came to the desk multiple times as well 5. Condensation @window. High humidity levels 6. Unprofessional front desk service staff.
