Reviewed By Tirthankar CThe hotel is located around 5 mins walk from sea beach. Infact all hotels r like that. Foods are really good and feels like home made at a reasonable price. Tastes really good. Services offered are awesome and whatever being asked for has been given.car parking is available. Only point for which i rated them 4 is because of the lack of amneties. Leaving behind that aspect they deserve a 5 star.

Reviewed By dmdebanjanPros: Front rooms are good, Parking facility available. Cons: No Wifi, Foods and service are not upto the mark. Rooms at the back are very bad. If you want to enjoy Bakkhali..Go for just one day and choose your room and hotel on the spot. You can go by train otherwise go by bus.

Very bad experience
Reviewed By Wanderer45369The worst place you can find in Bakkhali to stay. You will pay a descent amount of charges with some expectation of a nice stay but end up with experience of misbehavior by manager on small things, delayed services, bad food quality. We stayed a group of families with kids and found it to be a place never to stay in future. For just a pen mark by my kid on the bedsheet which could be cleaned by just a soap rub they charged INR 1000/- on the ground of damaging bedsheet. I strongly suggest anyone not to choose this hotel in Bakkhali.

The worst hotel of Bakkhali
Reviewed By traveller963The hotel is situated far from the beach and its around 5 - 10 minutes to go towards the beach. Location wise its poor. I was provided room on the 4th floor ac deluxe room and two rooms are connected by an internal wooden door. In the next room people were drinking and smoking, the smell filled my room. If you are going to stay with your family this isn't the place you should even think about. Hotel staff are rude and behave badly even the bell boys demand tips for any service they provide. The rooms are not at all well maintained and are dirty. The manager has no proper decency while talking. They will try to cheat you in every possible way. The food may take hours to deliver to your room if they remember. It arrives cold and they won't even take back and give proper warm food. Food is costly according to the portion served and its served in dirty dishes. Hygiene is extremely poor so even if you stay donot consume food here. This hotel will disappoint you in every possible way so if you value your stay go for somewhere else. I have stayed at many different hotels and this is the worst hotel that I have come across.
