I received exceptional hospitality from every staff member and even received an upgraded room. I loved the new renovations and decor. The mattress was very comfy and my room was spotless. The pool lounge chairs were top of the line. I will be back! Stephanie

The location is convenient to the beach as well as to a drug store and the Dollar Store. If you're not up for the beach, they have a small pool to relax in. Full breakfast is served every morning by the most helpful lady you could ask for, and the staff all around is worth coming back for. You might want to ask for room on the 2nd floor because if you have jumping kids above you, sleep can be a challenge here. It is not a concrete structure.

Treated like an idiot by front desk
Reviewed By T9931TYkylesHad to get a replacement card as my kid locked the door behind us. Easy fix. After dinner key didn't work, front desk kid said it was too close to my cellphone (other pocket in a digitally secure case) so it disabled card and it was normal. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels without issue. Went to beach and again key didnt work. I called Marriot Bonvoy and they said they never heard of this problem. Went to get ANOTHER room card and told the dreadlocked desk agent the situation and my convo w Marriot. He literally told me he didnt care what other vendors said and said I'm free to leave. I'm here at Mayo clinic for cancer follow up once a month, and the rooms are clean, and affordable. Yet I literally didnt argue more because my 6 year old was with me. Maybe because Im white, or he just didnt give AF because he can call the shots. I am beyond humiliated. On top of that its IMPOSSIBLE to verbally talk to a human with Choice Hotels. Stay away, far away from this Quality (oxymoron) in Atlantic Beach.
