Only 1.5 miles from Coventry Cathedral, Museum of British Road Transport and 8 miles from NEC, NAC and Birmingham International Airport. We offer 28 en-suite bedrooms and a popular bar and restaurant with plenty of outdoor space.
Horrible filthy "hotel"
Reviewed By 837kiniamAbsolutely horrendous quality of the room. What the owner advertising on the trip advisor is nothing like it when you arrive. Disgusting kettle, dirty carpets, moled bathroom, Broken bathroom tiles, old ripped wallpaper, wholes near window and many more attractions. How this disgusting / broken place got advertised on the trip advisor i have no clue but I do suggest to review / see the "hotels" conditions yourself before recommendation on the website. (Most of the fantastic reviews are for pub / food below not hotel condition) The owner should be ashamed- trully ashamed to charge any money for such a quality of the rooms. Nothing more to add just see pictures.

The lovely staff make it acceptable, but some serious TLC is definitely required!
Reviewed By KatharineH771Really lovely staff, and a basic, comfortable room (albeit basic) but this place really needs some TLC! The outside is untidy, old and unwelcoming. The lifts (whilst in working order) are like something from an unloved council estate building and the whole building is run down & shabby. Holds migrants (which I genuinely think is wonderful) but I don’t feel like they can feel respected or welcomed.

Reviewed By melissabH4419GKWe went as a last minute booking, as another venue cancelled, and we were not disappointed. The venue has a very relaxed feel to it, the views of the grounds are amazing. The spa - The spa staff were very friendly and the massage was very relaxing and carried out in a professional manner. The restraunt- The restraunt staff, well erm let's just say the communication and knowledge of their products could be improved. Different staff telling us different things, their manager was professional and made effort to check on us, think more training could be needed. The food was amazing though, even the dairy free stuff. The leisure staff- The leisure staff made our stay! They were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a laugh and a giggle with them that helped made the day more memorable. As a result of the the leisure and spa staff we will be rebooking for July !!

Reviewed By travelsalot_1966Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel on our coach holidayto the cotswolds, we upgraded our room to the King size room which was lovely and the breakfast and evening meals were lovely. We would definitely stay again.

Reviewed By Jacqueline AWell paid for this hotel for a night's stay through booking. Com only to get here and its all boarded up!! Contacted booking. Com waiting and waiting and wait ING for them to resolve this. Been sat crying as we have been tra elling for over 5 hours. This is a joke!!
