The house it self is very beautifull with a few rooms who are not to big but very nice. Also the decoration is very great. The owners are such nice People who are giving al there support to make you feel at home

Reviewed By BTSHansenWe stayed for one night traveling from Otranto back to Rome. For some reason we decided for this place - and we are so happy we did. The family owned hotel has a great location with friendly staff. The Saturday night we happened to stay there there was a tango (!) evening. Parts of the village attended and during our nice meal we also had some entertainment- next time we’ll bring our dancing shoes!

Lovely B&B with equally lovely owner
Reviewed By jes1972_123This is a nice, quiet B&B in a lovely old building in Albanella and has the added bonus of parking. It's on the second floor of what seemed to be otherwise private accomodation and there is a lift as well as the stairs. We (myself, husband and two children) stayed here as a family at the end of August. They couldn't provide a travel cot (which was fine as we could bring our own) but they did put a third bed in the room for our other child (a proper bed, not a camp bed). Even with the double and single beds and travel cot, there was more than enough room in our room. There was also a large bathroom. The room was cleaned every day. I can't comment on the food as we never went to breakfast. There is a roof terrace you have access to with a couple of sunbeds and other tables and chairs and great views. On check out, I asked the owner if she minded us leaving our bags in her office until we needed to head to the airport and she was very helpful and told us we could leave our stuff in our room until we wanted to leave. I would recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Beautiful Authentic Experience with a Gracious Italian Family
Reviewed By annafoltzAlessio and his family welcomed me with open arms to their charming home in the beautiful town of Matinella. The room was clean and cozy with lovely furnishings and a private balcony looking out onto the olive and lemon trees. I was lucky enough to join the host family for Pranzo, where we feasted on handmade seafood pasta, perfectly cooked whitefish and a fresh tomato salad, followed up by Antonia's famous homemade limoncello. Alessio proved to be a passionate and knowledgeable tour guide as he drove me to every worthy destination in Paestum, Salerno, Agropoli and Amalfi. With Alessio as my guide in his comfy, air conditioned Mercedes, I saw the Southern Italian countryside through the eyes of a discerning local with exquisite taste. Anyone fortunate enough to discover this gem will have an unforgettably positive experience.
