Reviewed By 204shaimaaaSuperb Centered location. The hotel is newly renovated, just finished the third floor and the second floor soon to be opened. Moreover, very clean, breakfast in room, friendly staff, a window overlooking the Nile.

Amazing location with breath taking views!!!
Reviewed By Olysia AWe went as a big family with different age groups and we all had an amazing time! The location of this hotel is on the top of the mountain and the views are incredible! The hotel is very clean, very well maintained, nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The food was delicious with a good variety in an open buffet style! So many things to do around and many places to visit especially the places related to the Holy Family journey in Egypt. ( This hotel is right next to the church in which there is a cave were the holy family stayed for 3 days!) I highly recommend this place for a relaxing yet adventurous trip!!!

Dishonest hotelier
Reviewed By TheSopermanReserved room through booking.com, paid cash. Discovered a few days after checking out that a "9/10 Superb" review had been left in my name, presumably by someone associated with the hotel. Reported this review as fake and left my own (now sullied) opinion of the place. In response, the hotel chairman contacted me and demanded that I remove the review. When I refused, he told booking.com that I had not stayed there at all and in fact cancelled the booking on arrival. Though I had no proof of payment, I had sufficient photographic evidence and subsequent written conversation with the hotelier to demonstrate that I had stayed the night, so booking.com gave me a choice of either reinstating my review or refunding my stay. I took the latter option. 6 weeks after the hotel supposedly sent the refund by bank transfer, it still hasn't arrived. Their "proof of refund" is a handwritten fund transfer form with no proof that it was actually submitted. Given the hotelier's proven unscrupulousness, I am resigned to conclude that he never did sent it. Experiences like these foster misanthropy.

It is a 4 stars hotel has a unique location amidst relics of a 7000-years-old civilization, in the heart of Al Minya, only 12Km from Tel El Amarna and 8Km from AlAshmonien. Guests can enjoy a marvelous view of the mighty Nile in addition to the cliffs of the Mountains on the western bank. The hotel offers a variety of service and facilities, 3 conferences and break out rooms that can host up to 500 participants, among other things.
