Reviewed By nathan_kiwi1I checked in here for 2 weeks stay but upon arriving all wasn’t as it seems first off saying can’t pay by card yet had working card machines then managed to solve that but then went to the room and it’s tiny compared to description can’t sit on the bed and open the fridge and the ac doesn’t work properly the lift is out of order so if you want to use the pool it’s 5 gruelling flights of stairs no happy hour or anything as described ended up checking out after 5 minutes of checking in having to wait to get money back as they are saying they don’t have the cash yet I had just paid them won’t be staying here again

Reviewed By pierrepham17Lors de notre dernier voyage en Thaïlande du 06/01 au 04/02/2018, en arrivant à Koh Samui, nous avons réservé deux chambres à Fanta Hostel, (1couple et 1 personne seul) 45/42 Moo 3, Chaweng Beach Road, du 20 au 22/01/20.18, petit-déjeuner inclus. Les engagements n’ont pas été respectés : - Pas de produits de toilette, - Ménage de la salle de bain non fait à notre arrivée : (saletés accumulées derrière la porte de la salle de bain) - Ménage de la chambre non fait le lendemain, - Pas de bouteilles d’eau - Pas de poubelle - Le petit déjeuner n’est servi qu’entre 10 et 11 H !!! . Refus total de fournir un panier petit-déjeuner pour un départ en excursion ou lors du départ de l’hôtel tôt le matin; - Personnel très désagréable Je ne conseille à personne cet hôtel.
