Forge Farm Riding School in Chidlow 50kms east of Perth. We offer trail rides and lessons on safe, reliable, well maintained horses. Rides run daily by appointment. One hour trail rides, 3 hour rides to the local pub and two days trek with comfortable farm house accommodation are available. No minimum number we are happy to take small groups or just one person. Unforgettable getaway! We really loved our days at Wendy's Farm. It's a beautiful nature and a quite area, easy to reach from Perth. We enjoyed the ride with the beautiful horses, watching the lovely guinea pigs, chooks & rabbits and our absolute favourites the cutest lambs on earth Wilton, Delilah, Elsa and of course Charlotti! Meeting Wendy and Laurie was a big pleasure as well. Very nice and cosmopolitan people. They really care for their animals and guests and we definitely come back again! ????

Zia Park offers group and private trail rides every day of the week. We have a large property where visitors are likely to see wild kangaroos and other wildlife on the ride. All rides are escorted by experienced staff, children and adults are catered for as well as beginner or experienced riders. Our horses are chosen for their temperaments and are very well cared for. We also offer riding lessons to riders of all levels.

I just visited the equestrian park this afternoon with my friends. We all are adult beginner riders, and for me personally, it has been several years since I ride a horse for leisure. Zia Park Centre staff has been very accommodating and informative since the beginning. They explained in detail in the emails about things we need to prepare and how to reach the place via GPS. We arrived about the right time to prepare for the equipment and papers. And then finally we met our horses. They were so handsome and beautiful, well taken care of, and they felt safe to us. We rode for about one hour around the 140-ish hectares land. Watching the birds and wallabies wandering through the eucalyptus trees. The group leader was very friendly and careful, we felt really safe with her. After the ride finished, we took a group picture and returned back the equipment. The other staff were caring for the horses immediately. Overall it was a really good experience, will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and safe horse riding experience. Thank you so much for providing the adult beginner horse riding group! :)

Oakford Equestrian is set in an idyllic countryside setting on 200 acres only 30 minutes from the city centre We offer horse trail rides and horse riding lessons for all levels from beginner to advanced And we cater for all ages from 4 years upwards We want to make your experience an enjoyable memory and there is lots of times for photos etc Our horse trail rides are conducted on our property which is over 200 acres and there are lots of fun things to do and experience as you ride around

As twice yearly travellers to Perth, we plan in advance for lessons at Oakford Riding School; it is a major highlight of our stay. Michael, Jess, Sally and Fi are world class riders and instructors who can really take a rider to the top. As a mother and daughter pair we have experienced a safe and fun weekend beach ride, a private lesson over the cross country course, jumping lessons at Oakford and flat work/jumping group lessons at the Claremont facility on Graylands Road. The horses here are well loved and some of the happiest I have come across travelling and riding around the world. I can't recommend the team enough and they have always been incredibly flexible and accommodating during our stay. A huge thank you to them all and we are looking forward to being back again in the near future. K Bowker-Douglass
