With about 120,000 people, Stavanger is Norway’s fourth-largest city and a fascinating mix of old and new. Its history stretches back deep into the Middle Ages. Stavanger was once a tranquil coastal market town and then later an important fishing port. But it was the 1969 discovery of oil offshore that forever changed the now bustling city’s fortunes and landscape. Don’t miss the well-preserved old town (Gamle Stavanger), the unique Canning Museum or the 12th-century Stavanger Cathedral.

n eclectic little adventure in the center of Stavanger city center for those who want an uneven dining experience outside of the ordinary Authentic finger food / street food with flavors from New Orleans to Vietnam One place that is one must visit
This is a review for takeaway, so canât say anything about the service or atmosphere. We ordered sharing ribs, 4 bao buns, and crispy chicken balls for my husband and I and our toddler. It was much smaller portions than we were expecting for 600,-. The flavors were good. My son and I enjoyed the food but my husband was irritated because he was hungry.

Visited this steakhouse for dinner last week. Nothing fancy. The steaks were lean and well cooked. Reasonable selection of international beverages. One of our party had the chicken burger and another had fish and chips. Both said it was nothing to write home about. Typically Norway is expensive compared to other European countries.Hi and thanks for you feedback. It sounded like you had an average evening and that it was nothing to write home about. We always aim for better experiences for our customers. It should be something to write home about :-).We take your feedback seriously, we will evaluate and hopefully you will have a better experience next time you visit. Thanks again.Best regardsJarle Unhjem (Owner)

Upon our visit to Stavanger we noticed this restaurant and decided to give it a try and they come out as one of my favorite places. They are very hard working and polite people with excellent customer service, they have nailed all the details needed for an authentic Turkish restaurant. They bake their own bread right infront of you, food is delicious and tasteful with all right spices and flavors and I was impressed with their dessert, one of the best. I wish I had room for more dessert. They are the best
