Reviews on Grill food in Mykonos Town, South Aegean, Greece. Classic whitewashed buildings line the labyrinthine streets of Mykonos, the largest town on the Greek island of the same name. Matoyianni Street is particularly charming. Iconic 16th-century windmills keep watch over the village from the hills above, and the fully functional Boni Mill is part of the Mykonos Agricultural Museum. The Aegean Maritime Museum and the Folklore Museum will give you a proper introduction to the area’s rich cultural and economic history.

This place, right in the town square in the area of Mykonos Town known as Fabrica, proved to be our default location for a quiet pint of lager or two after walking around in the old town, on our way back up to our accommodation. Very good burgers if you want to eat - including a 'create your own option' - but for us, it was just the ideal place to watch people coming and going because this is one of the 2 bus stations in the town, so you've got buses arriving and leaving all the time, plus the shops and loads of people riding around on the little scooters and quad bikes. Service also very attentive and you weren't paying the inflated prices which seemed to be quite prevalent down in the old port.

This has been the most authentic Souvlaki Iâve had and itâs really reasonable too. Whatâs nice is that thereâs an entire vegetarian menu so that they donât miss out on the fun!

This small chain offers typical Greek fair. There are about 3 in Mykonos town. We went to the one in Agios Louka (I think). It was okay, not too bad. We had the Gyros Plate with pork and chicken and corn bread (apparently you can Choiâs your bread but we were not given a choice). It was tasty, although the side salad was browned and the pork was very rich. Also there are smaller independent gyros restaurants offering exactly the same food for less.

This is a beautiful restaurant set directly on the harbour side in the old port of Mykonos, so you have a view of the water wherever you sit, great for people watching while enjoying your food. I did some research before arriving to the island and Kadena was on my list for restaurants to visit and we werenât disappointed. The restaurant was full even though many other restaurants in the same area werenât, normally a good sign. The staff were attentive and engaging and the service was excellent. We ordered the Garlic mushrooms to start, which were really tasty and for our main course we went for the Angus Beef Burger. The portion size was extremely generous and the burger was incredible and came with tasty handmade French fries. The prices were very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending this place.
