Reviews on Grill food in Marsalforn, Island of Gozo, Malta. Marsalforn (Marsa el-Forn), also written as M'Forn for shortcut purposes, is a village on the north coast of Gozo, the second largest island of the Maltese archipelago. The village lies between the hill-top towns of Xagħra and Żebbuġ. The village forms part of the locality of Żebbuġ. Marsalforn is one of the most popular tourist resorts on Gozo. It is well served with hotels, guest houses, restaurants, bars, and beaches. There is only a one small sandy beach in Marsalforn, however, along the rocky coastline there are a number of interesting swimming spots. Also, there's only one police station in Marsalforn.

Arrived in Xhara with our diving group of a dozen people and made our way to the central square. The staff quickly rearranged a table to accommodate us and drinks were rapidly provided. The Maltese wine was excellent. The menu was very varied ranging from an excellent cheap pizzas to home made steak and kidney pies. Excellent value for money and we ended up coming 3 times throughout the holiday it was so good. Very competitively priced compared to the other restaurants around the square.

A spacious restaurant with a modern and elegant environment enjoying the picturesque view of Mgarr Harbour and the Gozo Channel. Offering a vast menu specializing in mouthwatering steaks and home made deserts to die for. The establishment also includes a
I had high expectations when I read the reviews on TripAdvisor, but I regret spending a cent at that restaurant. Firstly, I ordered calamari fritti as a starter, but our main course arrived before the starters! Outrageous! Secondly, I had to eat a well done rib-eye steak (which I ordered medium rare). Not to mention the flat soft drinks we ordered. Thirdly, in the restaurant it was extremely hot (do not think they actually turn on the ac). I am very disappointed in terms of both food and service. I was planning on organizing a staff party in December but I will definitely not go there again.

My husband and I ate here tonight after looking at countless other restaurants in Marsalforn with the same old menu. We were yearning for something fresh and tasty and this fit the bill exactly. Lots of great appetizer options as well as pastas, seafood, meats, and traditional Greek dishes. The owner, Maria, came around to check on us and was incredibly kind and concerned that everything was perfect for us. Cannot recommend dinner here enough, especially if you are tired of the same dishes being served over and over again elsewhere!

Casual dining Restaurant open daily for Dinner and Sunday lunch including a Wine Lounge also serving platters. Amazing views of Citadella, Gozo's ancient capital city and open country views.
Had a delightful dinner at Brookies Restaurant during my short stay in Victoria. First of all the place looks fantastic, it used to be a farmhouse and has 300 years history. My attention was caught by a salmon with white chocolate sauce and black caviar, which I eventually ordered. The combination of these ingredients tasted divine. I had local white wine (La Torre, highly recommended). My partner went for a duck in strawberry and fig sauce which was also very yummy. We shared a chocolate fondant dessert at the end. The staff was very friendly, the waitress only forgot to place our dessert order and it took some time to get it. All in all, it's a great place and a good value for money.
