Enrique Olvera is a master distilling, honoring, and curating the flavors of traditional Mexican food and presenting dishes that âwowâ those with a refined and sophisticated palate, and those who are able to appreciate the complexity and love that it takes to achieve such heavenly and balanced flavors. Pujol is a truly wonderful and exciting culinary experience. A special thanks to Estefania MacÃas for making our experience at Pujol even more special with her warm, caring, and professional service.

We came to enjoy japanese dinner. And we really did. Very professional staff, friendly, attentive and fast. ( when the chopstick of my wife fell down, they immediately realized - and without us ordering - brought a new one. ) the food has been very delicious. My beef steak was perfectly cooked by the chef on the teppanyiaki. With fresh vegetable that where so tasty. Even the rice was a highlight. Rufino Gastrobar offers a special selection of Mexican artisan distilled beverages in a modern however cozy ambient.The manager David Garay knows their concept and happily explains all about their beverages and also about their cuisine.I got from the chef a modified dish of delicious panuchos that were made with mushrooms instead of pork and a Pear salad that was just perfect.We really had the best of times celebrating our wedding anniversary thanks to the excellent service, food, drinks and ambience that Rufino has to offer.
