We are the first "Fish Bar" on the island of Formentera #doyoufishme Pezqueria...What Else?!
We only stayed in Formentera for a week, but we had to come back to this precious little gem. It's not always easy to get a table, but you can wait nibbling chipirones and poncho de anchoa. Tuna and salmon with a Japanese twist are other must-eat. Simply awesome!!!

In the "Carmen" restaurant we prepare dishes with the authentic taste of the Mediterranean Sea, where the recipes are based on two main ingredients: fresh quality products and the work of professionals.. In our a la carte menu you will find dishes that ar
Ate here daily for breakfast and cannot speak highly enough of the buffet choice and show kitchen options - perfect start to the day. The regular day menu also has a wide range and the lunchtime sandwiches and salads are really undersold by the menu - the reality is so much better and great value too. Have not tried dinner, but I would expect more of the same - the place is quite well hidden and peaceful compared to Es Pujols main drags but only a short walk away - ideal for the cooler more sophisticated clientele of the hotel

Stumbled upon this restaurant whilst looking for a light bite after having some drinks in a local bar. All I can say is wow, the best sushi we have ever had. It was simply amazing. If you are in the area donât miss out on this little gem. The staff were great also!

The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is cosy with a tropical vibe. You can see the harbour from the terass which is nice both in the daytime and the evening. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the food. They served the BEST caiprinhas we've ever tasted here! We also had excellent crab in batter and some tasty sushi. This place is top notch!

The restaurant had just opened for the season and we had our best meal on Formentera. Lovely ingredients and plenty of them which is not always the case with other restaurants on the island. And good value with an attentive staff very keen to please. A very nice experience all round save for sitting next to the loo but that was our fault. Tip: the restaurant is outside the normal tourist areas but worth seeking out.

A range of colours and smells that fuses Mediterranean traditions with great attentionto detail. A daring cusine that makes use excellent ingredients and produces dishies to satisfy even the most refined palates.
Great location in the port where the yachts are moored overlooking the water. We popped in for drinks before catching the tourist bus. Lovely place, very attractively furnished and service was so friendly and polite that we popped in again afterwards! And were we glad we did! We tried the sushi which was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Scallops, prawns, salmon. Delicate flavours that were mouthwatering. One set of dishes was presented by the chef in a dramatic smoking pot! The staff were just as delighted by our reactions as we were eating the dishes! Apparently the chef has worked for Giorgio Armani and Nobu in Milan. Wine was good too. If only we had been staying in Ibiza longer, we certainly would have gone back. We' really glad you appreciate your staying in molo47. We'll be pleased to welcome you again next time.
