Georgetown is the capital of the Cayman Islands and one of the most popular cruise ship destinations in the Caribbean, thanks to its year-round tropical weather, white sand beaches and clear blue waters. Don't miss Stingray City and diving and snorkeling near the coral reef. Georgetown offers plenty of duty-free shopping, restaurants and cafes. If you can pull yourself away from the beach, try an excursion to one of the West Indies' few remaining tropical rain forests.

We found this great breakfast spot close to our hotel. I highly recommend anything from the breakfast sandwich on homemade roll to the homemade French toast. Eggs and bacon were perfect too!

What a joke! This has got to be the worst restaurant on the island. The fact that anyone thinks it is good is shocking to me. The risotto is particularly terrible. The flat breads are nothing more than pitas cut open with some leftovers stuffed in the pocket. Gross. Service is terrible even by Caribbean standards. And to top it all off they force you to pay in US at a terrible exchange rate. Total garbage.Dear Mr CooperIt is a Joke , just because we could not charge your US card in CI Currency ,which our Credit Card machine does not allow us to do that, we try to do charge the card in front of you and did not work you saw that, Based on this issue you have given us a bad review , Our Team works very hard for long hours to make sure we give our best and this is unfair you are criticizing the service and food . 1CI$ is US$1.25 across the board on the Island please pen it downThank you , enjoy your stay

Went to Cimboco for dinner. Not sure what all of the good reviews are about. The baked cheese and bacon pasta was not âbaked to perfectionâ but rather in a pool of grease. The sandwich and frittata were average at best. The frittata was supposed to have jerk chicken inside but I may have found two bites of it. Additionally extras were pushed heavily and the waitress seemed disappointed when we didnât want the extra garlic bread for a mere $3.50.

My one roll had scarcely any salmon. I ate a couple pieces before summoning my nice waiter. After 10 minutes and my family done their meals, I finish the remaining pieces. When we were done our meal, I reminded him of the issue. Five minutes later, he handed me the bill without saying a word. I was surprised then to see no price-adjustment of any kind. I questioned that, and he offered to bring over the manager, which I accepted.A male manager (M) politely shook my hand and I recounted for him what had transpired. Nearly everyone in business will tell you that it is easier to keep a customer than find a new one. And nearly any manager worth his/her salt will sacrifice a little something to make a customer feel appreciated. He did not, and in fact, thought the best approach to responding to a customer who just spent $200 USD for four people was to rattle off a list of excuses and assign blame to the customer. I was just struct by how someone paid to make customers feel good and to resolve issues turned out to be more disappointing in his handling than the original issue. A managerial trainee would have offered to pick up a drink, a dessert or a cup of coffee...something, M was more interested in being "right" than in righting a disappointing customer experience. With two more weeks on the island with many friends, a simple gesture would have brought us back at least two or three more times. Passing up on $500-$1000 in receipts for a $5-$10 gesture is simply bad business.

Emphasis on seafood as they catch their own. You can make your own charcuterie from a nice selection.
