Village is surrounded by hills, From Mapusa town, the road u-turns uphill and, while descending the pass in the small plateau, splits into two parallel roads one which proceeds straight along The church of St. Cajetan, Assagao Union High School anjuna and the other passes by Pallottine Seminary,Panchyat office straight to Badem. The popular beaches of Anjuna and Vagator are to the west of Assagao. Assagao Union High School is located in the village.

This was the first restaurant that we eat at on or trip to Goa and was certainly an enjoyable start. Food all fresh and good and very good value. By the road, so can be noisy as all local drivers like their horns.

Out of the Box dishes and well platted. The restaurant serves Goan Poi Pizza a very tasty twist. The Thai or Italian were all served and tasted different. The flavours were well balanced and we all enjoyed the meal. The dessert Bonafie Pie and Chocolate platter were also different and tasty. A good place to visit. When you walk into Suzies you feel the warmth... from the beautiful quaint Portuguese architecture and garden lit like a fairyland... you sink into those gorgeously designed chairs and are then treated to a journey of tastes. A nice comfortable place to hang out with friends. The service is good, fast and responsive. The food and even presentation is neat. The live music we could have done without, he was awful but kept at it without a break.

We heard about this restaurant from a family friend and decided to check it out. We were not disappointed. We were greeted immediately and shown to our table. The staff were very attentive. I ordered Beef Wellington and my husband a pork chop. An apperitive was brought to our table.The food took about 20 minutes to arrive but was worth waiting for. The presentation was perfect and the taste was just what I had hoped for.For desert I chose Pavlova.Thank you Gwen for your wonderful review. We are glad you enjoyed the meal and service and had a memorable experience at Amavi. The restaurant has changed hands, it has lost the atmosphere and has changed its customer base and added burgers etc , desserts are not the same qualityI go here every year , watch for next year's update,Food was ok but was standard. I would like to inform you that since the inception of Go with the Flow in the year 2013, we have had 3 well renowned International Chefs change hands and that has given Go with the Flow a greater and better variety of different flavors from the countries of our Chefs resulting in GO WITH THE FLOW growing more flavorful and aware of the change and wants in its customers as well.Since you mentioned burgers, I would like to say YES we have burgers and that too is of an international standard just like our Chefs. We have also added Vegan food and Keto dietary requirements along with Low Carbs are taken into consideration.I hope you followed that too.If you plan to visit us again this November, I would love to make sure to you leave with a palate full of flavors that will have you coming back for more.
