This is a lovely shop to walk around. It is on several levels with lots of books and crannies and all sorts of gift ideas and ladies clothing. There are toilets and a self service cafe.

Came here to walk the dogs, following a disused railway for a couple of miles (very easy walking), results in a spectacular view.

'The Taggy Man is an independently owned pub selling great cask ales, premium lagers, wines and and a top selection of gins and spirits. Hot bar food served every day. Dogs are very welcome with well behaved owners .'
Great old fashioned but new pub. Friendly staff and a good selection of ales. Got here on Monday quiz night and only got a table as one team cancelled Quiz wasn't too hard although the quiz masters jokes were atrocious. Really enjoyed the night.

Dropped in at this ice cream parlour and glad we did. All covid-19 safety measures in place which was reassuring. The lady behind the counter was lovely. We ordered two scones, clotted cream, jam and hot chocolates. The scones were so delicious, they were warm and lovely and soft and the hot Chocolate were divine. This is a little hideaway that we are glad we came across and will certainly return when in the area. Thank you.
