For 7 generations, the family has farmed 9.5 hectares which are located mainly between Louvois and Bouzy Grand Cru and Tarifières Mutry which is 99% Premier Cru on the scale of crus. Our grape varieties are 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay par excellence. Our viti-vinicultural practices are marked by respect for the Champagne tradition, but also for our environment (HVE 2018).
