We had a totally different experience to the other reviewer! The pizza was thin crust and delicious. Plenty of topping and wood fired oven. Small restaurant with not many tables - we were lucky and go seated on walk in, but it may be worth pre-booking if you can. Drinks served, including alcohol. Opposite the Hansa hotel, 5 mins walk from the Delight hotel and not far from The Mole area (Strand hotel etc). I havenât given a full 5 stars as unusually the welcome on arrival was not as warm and friendly as those we have become used to in Namibia. One of the owners was present when we arrived - as a new restaurant establishing itself it may have been beneficial to the business to have acknowledged the customer and provide a welcome. It was noticeable this was offered to locals who came in later! Our waiter however was polite and professional. The food was good, so if you are stopping over in Swakopmund and need somewhere to eat, I would recommend trying here.

But definitely a tipical beergarden! The self-service concept allows freedom as to when to take meals and drinks. We enjoyed the ready-made tidbits and the authentic beergarden atmosphere! Fantastic hake / calamari and chips here Feb 2019.Bargain prices 70 $NAD ( £4 UK) . Prepared and cooked to order so expect @ 15 minutes wait for fish.Locally popular, sit down on communal benches or take away, all nice people enjoying lunch together.Drinks 12$NAD (75p UK)Don't be put off that it's a food truck.
