This is my first one star review ever. Lets take the good things first. The chips is excellent. The burger is "homemade". And so to the negatives. We took their signature dish the burglar burger. I expect a burger to be medium roasted mine was undercocked, which is pretty amazing considering how long time it took to serve it. My wifes was fine. I tried for several minutes to get the waiters attention two times they deliberatly ignored me. My wife that doesnt want to make a fuzz in the end ate my crappy burger and i got her instead. I never snap my fingers or shout out to the waiters, this time i should have done it. When it comes to athmosphere this place got none. Prices is a little above average in norway with burgers for 140 nok ( apx 15 euro) and soda 46 nok (apx 6 euro) . In conclusion if you want a little overpriced burgers and extremly rude staff you will feel fine in this establishment. HiThank you for taking the time to write a detailed review of our restaurant. I'm happy you didn't snap your fingers at our waiters, but very sorry to hear about your experience here. I am sure they didn't deliberately ignore you, but I am sorry to hear it felt like this. We are a newly opened place and while we work every day to make sure this doesn't happen then sadly sometimes it does. I do dare say we already have solved a lot of the details you mention, so I do hope you will visit us again for a second chance :) Have a lovely day and I hope to see you again.

Cafe Aqua offers a tasty selection of hot and cold foood, as well as refreshing drinks. Along with the coffe we recommend a fresh baked cake or icecream. We have gluten-free pizza, hot dogs and hamburgers.

Need not go somewhere else when hungry after swimming at Fritidspark. Simple food, nothing fancy but worth it. We went to Bergbys Down Town. What a big disappointment! My husband's burger was burned. Burgers didn't exactly look like the pictures, the bread was so flat! Fries were too oily and to top it off, they run out of brus (softdrinks). Ordered a meal,burger with fries and drinks and got water instead. It's not even bottled water! OMG! I swear, I will never ever go to Bergbys again.

The food at Balkan is very good - from the pizza to the kebab. The people at Balkan could smile a bit more, but to be honest do I not care as long as the food they make are good. The prices are also on the positive side. Location is very good, but the place itself need some painting......
