Mianyang (simplified Chinese: 绵阳; traditional Chinese: 綿陽; pinyin: Miányáng; Wade–Giles: Mien-yang) is the second largest prefecture-level city of Sichuan province in Southwest China. Its population was 5.45 million in 2015 covering an area of 20,281 square kilometres (7,831 sq mi) consisting of Jiangyou, a county-level city, six counties and two urban districts. Its built-up (or metro) area was home to 1,722,133 inhabitants including the city proper of Mianyang (two urban districts) and An County largely being conurbated as urbanisation sprawls. In 2006, Mianyang was ranked as China's third "most suitable city for living" by China Daily, after coastal cities Dalian and Xiamen., but it has since dropped out of the top 10.

I have been there with my family. My wife is local. The place is dirty, filthy with people sleeping and occupying seats while eating outside food. Or even seating without even consuming. There are customers smoking cigarettes and the kfc staff do not even bother. I told the manager and ge replied the customer us judt smoking one and soon will be finished. I harshly faced the completely selfish customer and forced him to stop the cigarette. People eating noodles and bbq food from other places left a mess on the second floor even with banana skins dangerous left on the floor. I thought worst kfc in China was in neijiang because they never have icecream machine working. But I think this is the worst ever. Manager and staff seem careless and the customers are so rude and impolite. Where arw the kfc standards?
