Wanted to introduce my Grand Son to a real drive - in restaurant since we don't have one back home. This place certainly lived up to our expectations serving old fashioned drinks and burgers. Of course the servers on rollers skates was also a treat

Just visited our new favorite burger place but didnât want to review it as itâs very small & didnât want it to be too crowded. Every review Iâve read about Steveâs is true. The burgers, hot dogs, fries, Steveâs own brand sodas are all excellent & very reasonably priced, much like a fast food place but only better quality food. 4 tables inside & 2 outside and very small parking lot.

As soon as you enter here you will get that good smell of baking all around - that did set our mood. We had a variety of omelettes and meat with our bagels and breads that we thoroughly enjoyed. The service was good too. The place is small and was busy on this Sunday morning. Will look forward to a revisit.

While others wine and dine their business relationships on steak and sushi, I bring them to Rutt's Hut. I tell them where we are going and what to expect and most people are excited to go to a local legend. The best part is that when I see them again, Rutt's Hut is almost always brought up. A steakhouse or other fancy restaurant is commonplace in the business world. Nothing is common about Rutt's Hut; quite possibly the best hot dogs on the planet!

Not your ripped hot dog with all the delicious cracks on the outside you often find at these New Jersey roadside hot dog stands. The hot dog was served on a fresh bun, just nothing spectacular as it is just a boiled hot dog.

This place opened in 1946 and outside of keeping it clean, I don't think anything has changed since 1946. The size, the taste, the stools, and the counters are appear to be vintage. If they are not, the restorer was talented.I also don't think pricing followed inflation because it is affordable! $10 get you 2 burgers, fries and cheese and drink.The people who work here are amazing. I have no idea how the grillmasterlady keeps track of who orders what but she does!A fun and inexpensive meal.
