As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 25,579, an increase from 24,707 in 2000. Collinsville is approximately 12 miles from St. Louis, Missouri and is considered part of that city's Metro-East area. It is the home of the Brooks Catsup Bottle Water Tower, the world's largest ketchup bottle, and is the world's horseradish capital. Monks Mound, the largest man-made earthwork in North America, and now part of the Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site, is located here.

Typical Subway restaurant. Staff is always friendly when you walk in. Service is usually very quick and most of the time you can be in and out quicker then most drive thru restaurants.

Stopped here after the Catsup Festival for root beer floats, not having been to an A & W for years. Restaurant had a fun interior and the root beer floats were as good as we remembered. Located just off of Interstate 55/70 so very convenient for a quick stop.

The young girl making the toasted sandwich wore gloves. While the sandwich was in the toaster, she pulled her pants up and tucked in her shirt. She pulled the sandwich out of the toaster and handled it with the same pair of gloves she was wearing when she pulled up her pants and tucked in her shirt. I stopped her and said "You pulled up your pants and tucked in your shirt then handled food.". She looked confused. I stated that she should have changed her gloves before she handled the food. She "offered" to remake the sandwich or she could change gloves and continue making the sandwich. The manager heard the exchange and did nothing. I asked her to remake the sandwich. Lapses in sanitation is a concern.

We was going to home depot for some supplies and decided to try this place, since it is in the same parking lot. I had the double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a soda. It was about $8 plus tax, it was a great burger and I loved the skinny fries. My co worker had a double burger and fries with a soda. He said his was great also. We did indulge in mini sundaes afterwards, mine with carmel & cashews, his with Butterfinger. I think it was about $25 total for all the food, the place is extremely clean and very good staff. I will definitely be passing steak n shake for this place.

I love this restaurant's business concept model! It is across between Chipotle Mexican Grill and Subway.Employees were fast and efficient! Every part of the store was super clean! I asked and was told this store was seven years old, and had not been remodeled. The store looked like it had just opened recently! It was that clean!My wife had their chicken taco and Vegie Nachos. I had their Mex streetcorn Chicken soup. My soup was excellent!We went in at 11:45, and watched how they handled the noon, lunch crowd. No one waited. Constant movement through the line! Four employees worked the line, with efficiency and team work! "Pure Synergy!" (Two of their employees were of Hispanic origin, and were bilingual.) All were very polite, and spoke better English than most fast food joints.We did not even know the Qdoba brand existed. We will seek them out in the future!When we get home, we are going to do the research on purchasing Qdoba's common stock, and look at their franchise policy.
