Cumbria crystal is one of the last remaining producers of hand-blown and hand-cut lead English crystal. We only use traditional glass making methods and our small team of highly skilled artisans are committed to making our crystal of both traditional & contemporary designs. The factory lies at the edge of the lake district where visitors can watch the mastery of the art of making exceptional crystal. You can see our skilled artisans working Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm and glass blowing experiences are available Saturday to Wednesday 9am - 5pm (Sunday 10am - 4pm), pre-booking is advised via our website.
We were lucky enough to have a bauble blowing experience given to us as a wedding present. Claire guided us both through the whole experience with patience and care and explained the whole process reassuring us with her expertise. We picked the baubles up a few days after and are thrilled with them. A lovely momento of a brilliant experience combined with a wedding present. A visit to the shop is also highly recommended, a beautiful selection of crystal.

A large outlet store housing two floors of discount shopping - something for everyone! Menswear, womenswear, homeware, gifts and a huge shoe department. We have great brands, including Klass, Rieker, KitchenCraft, Yankee Candle, Rectella, and more. Browse our Galleries area of independent retailers, and then relax after shopping at Cafe Moda or the Terrace Tearoom.
As am local to Stockport, this is really easy and convenient to take my elderly mother to for a nice afternoon of shopping. No crowds, no parking stress, no endless walking from shop to shop as everything under one roof plus plenty of free parking right onsite. An old mill put to good modern use. We always have a spot of lunch in the downstairs cafe - meals are always delicious, generious portion sizes and reasonably priced. Staff always friendly and helpful - can take your time, no rushing. Especially fond of the Footwear department - excellent brands and stock levels. Handbags, books, candles, small gifts, scarves, household, bedding, towels, cookware - everything you could want. Excellent quality goods, never taken anything back and reasonable outlet pricing. Upstairs is clothing - can always find a new top - again good quality stock. Loyalty card scheme available. Mum and I always enjoy our visits to Broadstone Mill - thank you for giving us both some special times together.

We were visiting B&Q next door and were curious as to what Pendle Mill was. We found out that it is an enormous space pleasantly laid out and selling furniture, clothing, giftware, shoes and there is also a garden centre and a café. The setting is very attractive with far reaching views of Pendle from the car park. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Not the nearest place for me to go to, although it is right at the eastern end of the M65 and easy to get to. However, there is a vast range of clothing ( far more for women than for men) together with shoes, bedding, books, household goods, luggage, M&S outlet - all you could want, and all under one roof. Excellent coffee shop upstairs and the Benny's Fish & Chip Restaurant actually does gluten free fish & chips - a real bonus for me. Clothing is 'last years styles' - which is meaningless nonsense as clothes are clothes. The store is very large, as is the carpark, but when there is a sale on it can get very busy. Would recommend being on their mailing list as you get an extra 10% off in the sales and a free tea/coffee whenever you visit.
