Quirky bar with attentive staff. First class service and a really friendly atmosphere. Theere were a few of us and the service was quick.. Itcwasxan amazing startvtonour festivecteam Christmas evening. Definitely go again

Finally a gluten free pizza thatâs the same size as a gluten filled one! Generous toppings, lots of options, and nice bbq wings. Looking forward to trying their other GF goodies.

We visited the restaurant for a Fathers Day Sunday lunch and visit was very average. The starter and desserts were the best bits with the food being hot when served.Unfortunately the overall service from start to finish was very below average. It took quite a while to order and receive both food and drinks (over 3 hours total). The waiter also brought out dishes we hadnât ordered on 2 occasions...The location and restaurant are nice inside and the outside area looks nice to sit on a sunny day.

We'd been here before and I don't think anything much changed since our last visit but I enjoyed the food much more than the previous visit.I had the prawns starter with tuna salad niscose for my main, both were very tasty.This place could do with some draft beers, the bottled French fizzy lager was ok but at over £3.50 for a junior bottle it's a complete rip of in my view.

A special celebration yesterday and we were looked after so well by Angelo, Ben and Katrina (plus the all important hidden talented team in the kitchen). An excellent evening with delicious food and wine. The quality and presentation of the dishes are what keep bringing us back. The menu has changed recently with some tweaks to the "classics" and as always there is a specials board. The ravioli fritti are superb with a little kick from the n'duja; it's an unusual addition but boy are they good! The fish dishes were succulent, full of flavour. Portion size is always good. Excellent wine list but do ask Angelo for advice/suggestions. We have never been disappointed.

The menu choice for breakfast is great. I enjoyed perfectly poached eggs on toast with avocado. Absolutely delicious. Quick service and friendly staff. The cafe seems to be undergoing some renovations at the moment so it's not as aesthetically pleasing as I'd imagine it normally would be but dont let that put you off!
