Tucked away just off the green in Burnham Market, we welcome you to visit us at North Street Bistro. Serving up tasty & unique British dishes with European influences inspired by Norfolk's plentiful local produce.
Had dinner yesterday, and the feeling was reminiscent of a small, quiet country bistro, but at Burnham Market prices. The food was all good, the apple and blackberry tarte fine really excellent, with a smooth vanilla intense ice cream. The memory will linger a good while. The setting is a victorian school with a really high ceiling. It keeps the interior cool. The service was friendly and professional. We'll worth a visit, but you need to book well in advance for dinner.

The Socius ethos is simple: to create a memorable food and drink experience in a completely relaxed environment. Located in Foundry Place, just off North Street, Socius offers locally sourced produce in dishes which change to reflect the seasons. Our food
Unusual edge of car park location - but well designed modern building and outstanding food and very genuine enthusiastic and knowledgable staff. Mushroom Orzo and Burrata were favourites amongst very good small plates of tuna tartare and squash. Tempura Monk cheeks - Calamari like in some respects - well accompanied by thick cut chips. No room for some great sounding deserts-an all round excellent experience and great to have an open view onto the kitchen and the chefs working so hard on creating the visually appealing and great tasting dishes. Very good value too. Highly recommended.

A very different culinary experience.1st class service Lovely ambiance Whilst I enjoyed the food - it wasnât the best most flavoursome meal .The chefs are obviously very talented - but I personally didnât enjoy each and every mouthful I would recommend Titchwell to any food buff... it might be better for food snobs than mere mortals like me !! Dear CharlieboyThank you for seeing the bigger picture and not just tearing us apart for not enjoying the style of food we do here. You are a rarity.Next time you are in the area and want to come here again but want something simpler, please call with a bit of notice and we could do something for you that is more to your liking.Kind RegardsAndrew

Enjoyed a short break in Huntanton recently and was quite looking forward to eating at Chives as it seemed to be our kind of restaurant ,Italian Bistro style . However the experience was quite different. I ordered the Salmon fishcakes with salad and thice cooked chips and although the chips were crispy ,they tasted of nothing ,likewise the fishcakes were bland and totally tasteless well I thought , at least the leaf salad would have some flavour ,and yes , flavour it had in spades as it was totally drowned in Balsamic vinegar ,floppy ,limp and quite horrible . Perhaps my wife fared better with her pasta ? No , that was tasteless as well Still the restaurant was very busy for a Sunday night , Perhaps we chose wrong.

This restaurant has some rooms, and has a listing under B&Bs, but I feel should feature under restaurant section for Hunstanton - as that is its main strength and focus.
We had the good fortune to stay two nights here, eating here on our first night. This restaurant with rooms is charming and the owners are exceptionally welcoming. The food was delicious and well thought out. The scallop raviolo was a particular highlight. The wine list was comprehensive and fairly priced. Breakfast was well prepared and wholesome. Most importantly the food was super, and the whole stay was a treat. A must to return.

We are a little, family-run seaside bistro in Snettisham, just off the coast and between King's Lynn and Hunstanton. We serve lunch Thursday-Sunday and dinner Wednesday-Saturday. Our main aim is to offer delicious, modern and imaginative food, sourced loc
Utterly delicious. Starter of Norfolk Partridge risotto followed by Norfolk venison. Words fail me, thankfully I had some home made sour dough left to mop up the venison jus (gravy). I really took my time so I could savour every single mouthful. And the team working there were great too, warm, friendly and knowledgeable. A real treat.
