Spicers Cafe & Espresso serves homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner. We specialize in tasty coffee and good old fashioned, homemade comfort food!
We stopped in for lunch the other day. We like to have breakfast sometimes on the weekends. This particular day I ordered their parmesan chicken salad with homemade blue cheese dressing. Is was wonderful. My husband ordered a half BLT with Tater Tots that they now have. He was not very hungry so it was perfect. We will be back.

We stopped for lunch--our first visit. Really attractive 50's décor and very clean place. Got a nice booth which was very comfortable. Delightful lady waited on us and we enjoyed her conversation and great service. Excellent traditional club sandwich and super chicken strips. Curly fries are very very good -- you'll want to finish them all even through the portion size is more than you should need!

Stopped in for breakfast and we were not disappointed. The service was fast and friendly and the food came quick. The breakfasts were really big and really good. They donât skimp on anything here... they even come around and refill your orange juice, not many places do that. We look forward to more breakfasts here.

We have visited several times and always found the waitresses to be very friendly. Food is always good and basic. They are not open on Sundays which is a shame.

The goal of every Black Bear Diner is to create an environment that reflects a small-town feel. We start by designing an interior that is as comfy as it is roomy. Next, we employ an incredible staff that understands how customers should be treated. Then,
This place is sooo good that it's almost always packed, hence the word "loud" in the title... It can be very loud. The food selections are many, the prices are fair, and the service is very good. We've eaten here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and enjoyed our meals during all three times. Occasionally you get the server who is exhausted and looks/acts tired and like they want to go home, but most are extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly. This is in our top 2 breakfast spots in Medford. You can't go wrong picking this spot to eat at.
