Our third time here, and weâve noted consistent quality. The restaurant is small, and sparsely decorated, with standard booths and table set-up. Clean and casual. Not big on style, but people come here for the food. They have 2 TVâs running, both muted. One channel is on CNN, with the news ticker going so that I could read the headlines. The other TV is on a sports channel. There are people coming in constantly during our visits there, with no one really waiting more than a few minutes to get seated. They turn their tables quickly. Weâve noticed that this place seems to be pretty popular among the locals, with at least half of the patrons to be seniors. They offer daily specials, which my boyfriend likes to take advantage of and try out their different offerings. Comfort food is their goal. Their large menu offers a nice variety and decent prices. Portions are generous. Everything that weâve tried has tasted fine, including their burgers and fries, salads, shrimp basket, Cream of Crab soup and stuffed potato skins. On our last visit, we had to take half our meal home, since we couldnât finish it. We noticed that quite a few people took home their leftovers. Our waitresses have taken our orders quickly, are helpful, and anticipated our needs for refills and a box before we ever asked for a thing. Service is consistently good, and friendly. Weâll be back when weâre in town!

Very pedestrian . Extensive menu, but no specialties that jump out at you. Standard breakfast and lunch fare, but no "Specials" Very un-diner like!Service was very good, experienced staff.Seemed it may be under new ownership. Lot of chaos at the check out register.

1st and most important Lucky's does not look clean. I would be afraid to see the kitchen. The entire place looks tired and shabby. Food was not good for me. I asked for scrambled eggs light with cheddar cheese mixed into the eggs. what I got looked like an omelet with the cheese on top. It had crispy edges an entire portion was overcooked, that is why I do not like omelets.

I've dined several times at Angel's with my family. The food is typical diner fare. Reasonably priced, ample portions, but nothing unusual or unexpectedly delicious. It's good for kids but is a little small if you have multiple rambunctious children. The service has always been friendly and efficient and we've always been satisfied, but this isn't the place for those with a sophisticated palate. It's pleasant enough and it's great to have in the neighborhood.

Went for a late dinner on a recent Thursday evening. Most of the early diners had left so it wasn't too busy. We were seated quickly and drinks orders taken. The menu is extensive and varied and reasonably priced. I chose the turkey stuffing and gravy dinner, while my friends had beef sliders and crab cake sliders. The portions are HUGE , well presented and hot and tasty. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient.Drinks were top notch and not watered down. Would recommend and return but watch out for the huge portions. It seemed everyone was leaving with boxes!

The best diner. Immaculate clean, sweetest servers. The chef who makes the soups is truly gifted. The best soup I ever had, always a different type, too. Kudos to Sungate. A little hidden gem!
