Reviews on Deli food in Dorado, Caribbean. Located on Puerto Rico’s north coast, Dorado is a resort town of relatively recent vintage. You’ll find luxury hotels and several championship golf courses. Of course, if you’re used to your local, scruffy public course, your score might suffer—gorgeous ocean views can be quite a distraction.
Things to do in Dorado
Went to this place just on a whim, we were on our way to a different brunch place...Did not know if it was open, we were impressed. The place have only been open for about four weeks (they still are into the soft opening trend). If I wasn't told this, I would have guessed the place had been in business for a long time. EXCELLENT PLACE FOR A BRUNCH! The Morcilla Turnovers were to die for! We tried two variations of the EGGS BENEDICT (crab cakes and pork belly) both served with SOBAO BREAD instead of the bland English muffin, both were great. Experience was great, food was plentiful and very tasty. The place reminds me of café's in Seattle or New York. Let's sponsor local restauranteurs. Will recommend, will come back. EXCELLENT!THANK YOU! We are glad that your visit was great. We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible.
Went to this new place in town based on a friend and neighbors recommendation. It is a comfortable setting with good parking and well located on the edge of town. It has a very nice ambiance inside. Well decorated and hip murals and paintings on the walls. Nice small bar area. It has a nice variety of deli sandwiches, pastries and an ample brunch and breakfast menu. We opted for brunch and it took forever to arrive and the Eggs Benedict was very pedestrian. The Bloody Mary i ordered was pretty but not tasty. My wifeâs mimosa was okay. It has a compact and reasonably priced wine list. The deli sandwiches others close-by ordered looked nice and arrived much more promptly than our brunch orders. Will give them some time before I try again.
Went to this new place for the first time. They opened less than 3 months ago. Is a bakery and Bistro. Their bread is superb, made there a d you can buy it to take home. We had sandwuiches and omelettes and they were very good as their different types of Mimosas. Still can improve in their waitresses knowledge of the menu but theyr are very amicable and extremely service oriented. Definetely a place to return.
Six of us had breakfast here on Saturday morning. You are seated in a U shape kitchen area with a kitchen area in the center. You are handed a menu of the breakfast items that are available. You then check off on the menu what you would like to eat. The completed menus are handed into chef, Rory, and he cooks them while you watch. My husband ordered the waffles and I an omelette. We all had so much fun watching him cook and talking with him. I had been wanting to purchase new knives and he explained what knives he uses and why. It was a delicious, informative and exciting endeavor. I would definitely put this on my to do list while staying at the Ritz Carlton.
