Whether you’re exploring Vermont’s covered bridges, visiting Quechee Gorge or skiing at Killington, you’ll find Vermont to be picture-perfect. If you’re the outdoorsy type, you’ll love Vermont. In winter, of course, there’s plenty of skiing and snowboarding. In the warmer months, however, Vermont offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, fishing and boating. If you enjoy boating, swimming and fishing, a vacation rental on Lake Champlain might be perfect for you.

Henry’s offers nine waterfront cottages with boat rentals in Vermont's scenic Lake Champlain Islands. Each cottage has a screened-in lakeview porch and an outdoor picnic table, Adirondack chairs and charcoal grill. Our grounds are peaceful and well-manicured with space for lawn games, boat and trailer parking and more. Large shade trees create an idyllic setting for a relaxing waterfront vacation. We offer weekly rentals (Saturday–Saturday) from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There’s a three-night minimum at all other times, subject to availability.
I stayed here the last week of August into September, The place was very clean and the Hosts Bob and Gwen were very nice and helpful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom even though we needed a 2 bedroom, Gwen only charged us for the 2 bedroom since that is what we had requested, and only a 3 was available. It is a cabin not a hotel so if you want a tv, microwave, fan ect.. bring it. But it was clean and all utensils and dishes cups coffee maker were all available along with wi-fi which was surprising. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We also rented a boat which was great, The hosts are always asking if all is well and are quick to fix any problems that occur. There is the smell of sulfur when you use the hot water but you get beyond that, its more your mind playing with you ,the water is fine aside from the smell and if you only use the cold you wont smell it at all. I will definitely return to this place and recommend it to all my friends, When I spoke to Bob he said His Granddaughter and her future husband would be running the place soon, hope they don't change much.

We have gone to Lacross Farm Cottages twice. Each time was great. The owner, Judy is very friendly and keeps the cabins clean and nicely equipped. All you need are your personal belongings. The kitchen is equipped with everything to do some cooking. The cottages are cute and the setting is beautiful. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is it. The sunsets on the porch were one of our favorite things. With Lake Willoughby and lots of hiking near by, there is plenty to do.

I spent 5 nights at Cozy Cottages recently and appreciated all the amenities that were available to make my fishing trip a great time. I would particularly like to thank David Perry, who really helped me get checked in and understand where to launch my boat, what dock to use and get the heater running in the cottage. The cottage was very clean, and met all the needs. Great location on Lake Champlain. Thank you!

I highly recommend this small resort for any one looking for a terrific, peaceful vacation on Lake Willoughby. The wonderful service began the minute we stepped out of our vehicle with Kris, the Manager, and her employee, Peter, helping my elderly mother to the cabin and then came back to help me unload our vehicle. Cabin #2, our rustic looking but fully updated, well stocked and very clean, home for our 3 day stay was 100' from the water's age and had the most amazing view of Lake Willoughby, the mountains and the gorgeous sunsets. Even though it was Memorial Weekend, the property was very peaceful. There are 2 docks on the lakefront where guests can moor their own boats or use the rowboats provided.

Stay and relax at Cozy Cottages! Enjoy our cottages surrounded by vineyards and make sure to taste our wine at Otter Valley Winery (on site). 20 cottages with contemporary conveniences, private bathrooms, cable TV, wi-fi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Restaurant on site. Family reunions are our specialty. Polite pets welcome (limited availability).
We recently spent a night at the Cabins at Autumn Mtn Winery while hiking the Long Trail. Brandon is a nice little Vermont town with numerous food options offered. It is conveniently located for shopping, hiking, biking, and just relaxing in beautiful Vermont. Our cabin for the night had everything we needed and the owners were very friendly. Jen held a resupply box for us and even gave us a ride back to the trail in the morning and we GREATLY appreciate both! The ride was definitely above and beyond! Our stay included a wine tasting; they have some very good wines with several fruity ones for those who prefer a sweeter wine. The only reason I am not giving this location a five star rating is because the cabins are in need of some upgrading. They are clean and comfortable and the owners are working on updating cabins but the carpeting is old and bathrooms need an update! We would definitely stay here again!

Heated outdoor swimming pool, hiking trails, tennis court.
We stayed at this beautiful place for 3 days around the New Year. It was adorable. Clean, quiet, perfect fireplace, all was great. Driving home, content, hotel staff calls to tell me I left my wedding rings there. The housekeeper found it and brought it to them. Who does that???? Would have been soul crushing for me and my husband and this person just came forward and turned them in. I am forever indebted to this hotel. Class act, all of them. THANK YOU. Will be back. ❤️
