REOPENING NEXT WINTER SEASON 2019/2020. Indulge in the finest Asian flavors. From Japan to South East Asia our Chef invites you to an exquisite culinary journey.
Carve is the sushi bar that turns into a nightclub in the W Hotel in Verbier. We were a group of four that stopped in last night for dinner and had a simply super time. Now, letâs face it, you are not going to get the freshest sushi quality fish in the Alps. Itâs like asking for a fondue in Lisbon; however, the interesting mix of flavours and the presentation of the dishes was very well thought out and they were delicious. The marinated black salmon with strawberries (yes strawberries) was a real treat as was the cold sliced wagyu entrecote. The other thing that set Carve apart was the really nice young staff who all went out of their way to ensure everything went well: the food came out as ordered and needed and the drinks always were topped up (we had a sadly different experience with the cast upstairs but this was not part of Carve). All in all a really great evening with some old friends and a big thank you to the team at Carve, in particular the charming young lady maître dâ who made it a lovely and fun evening for all (They should get some shochu on the menu though!!)

Nevaï Bar & Grill features stunning views of the Swiss Alps, an open kitche, a bar and DJ. The menu offers an extensive range of grilled meats, fish and vegetables and a flavoursome variety of Asian, Mediterranean and local side dishes. A 20 person table
You turn up one evening and it's closed. Just closed. You turn up another evening and it's open but you are quickly told as you go in that only drinks at the bar are available. There is a complete absence of waiter service. A complete turn-off.Mr Sykes,After having replied to your recent comment on the Trip Advisor page of Nevaï Hotel, please let me now answer to you about your feedback on our Restaurant. You stayed at our Property on Monday August 12th and Tuesday August 13th, 2013. Our restaurant was indeed closed on August 12th as we were closing the restaurant on Sundays and Mondays at that time of the summer season. However on the Tuesday night, our Restaurant was opened offering a nice and original tapas menu. It is a shame that you did take the opportunity to try our menu and stay for dinner on site. Last but not least I would like to precise that every client was informed at the time of their room booking on the Restaurant closing days . No exception was made.Best regards,Maud DICK REGNIERGeneral Manager

As Verbierâs infamous seasonnaire pit-stop at altitude, Ice Cube at Ruinettes will be serving everything from great burgers to cold beers in the restaurant and on the terrace all season. Fantastic tunes and mountain views are on the house!
A great spot to kick back, put up the ski boots and enjoy a coffee, a beer or a bottle of champagne depending on your mood.Good burgers, chips, etc. to feed the kids and the double fried chips go very well with the Veuve Clicqot! On a sunny day, the views and the vibe cannot be beat! Friendly staff and good tunes to boot.

Vie Montagne combines a fine-dining restaurant and micro-brewery in a prestigious building in central Verbier. The artisanal brewery produces a range of mountain craft beers under the "V bier" brand. The lower floor menu is more casual based around a wood
It is so pleasant to finally find a place which serves elaborate and delicious food, yet different from the usual Verbier fare. All our courses were a success, let alone the young raving about the (homemade) bread. The puddings that I did not taste were apparently out of this world! Very well decorated in a non-ostentious way giving a extremely agreable and warm atmosphere. Such a joy not to have tables where you sit cheek by jowl.A most attentive service too. It may not be a place you'd go every night but a real treat when you do go.

MODERN LOCAL CUISINE. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a modern bistro, enjoy the revisited Swiss cuisine heritage and let yourself be seduced by the creative twist of our Chefs.
There are several choices inside the W and they are uniquely different. The sushi spot was the best of them. The living room has great music and the food was great.

Weâve been coming to La Channe for the past 15 years and were a bit apprehensive about visiting following its latest transformation. A few recent negative reviews particularly about the service gave us pause for thought, but we were not disappointed on that front at all. I have to admit we came on a quiet night though. Under Marco Bassi, the restaurant has been de-cluttered and made into a modern eatery yet respectful of the chalet style. Best of all though, is the quality of the food. We had the hunting/game menu découverte which was just wonderful - perfectly sized portions and really tasty. True fine dining and not overly expensive. And our waiter was great. The only grumble perhaps for us are the chairs which are more style over comfort!
