A chef-driven true farm to table restaurant in southeast Fort Collins. Executive Chef Matt Smith sources products from local farms for the seasonal menu. Full bar and extensive wine list. Happy Hour 4-6pm daily. From the owners of Door 222 in Loveland. Op
We stopped in for a somewhat delayed Valentine's Dinner and enjoyed the meal. Without asking, our server had the beet salad split into two plates so we could share it more easily. My wife enjoyed the scallop entree, finding it light and flavorful. Unfortunately, after asking the server for "no added salt" the kitchen liberally salted the scallops while cooking. I thought the special rissoto with pork belly was very nice, but they could have been a little more generous with the pork belly for the price. Service was professional, but it was tough to hear our server over the background noise. Being seated in the back "echo chamber" between two 6-tops made it tough to have a romantic conversation at our table - or communicate at all. We will certainly go back because of the food, but probably on a slower night when it might be more quiet.

If we had time we would have returned the next day to try something else. I had eggs benedict waffle, my husband had an avocado, egg, and veggie, and my son had a sour krout and brat waffle. All were excellent and would order again except there are other choices that sound wonderful too. Price is right!

For over 100 years, this historic Mill has been a Fort Collins staple and gathering spot. Back in the day, farmers, ranchers and townsfolk swapped stories and bought feed and supplies. Today, locals and visitors come by for a warm welcome along with break
If you know what to order, you can eat quite well here. For example, my pumpkin soup was outstanding. But other dishes ranged from mediocre to poor, including the lamb and the onion rings. Service was good, prices are reasonable, and the setting is pleasant enough. But thatâs not enough to offset the inconsistency in the food! There are plenty of better dining options in Fort Collins.

The restaurant sits below the Fort Collins art museum, in the basement level. However, itâs a very pleasant, light, and nicely decorated space. We opted for a light lunch, including a seafood soup and some tacos. The flavors were delicious. Service was excellent, and prices were very fair considering the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

I loved my bbq chicken quinoa bowl with large slices of fresh avocado, squash, cauliflower, spinach and more in a yummy sauce. My husband had the perfect hamburger with a side of broccoli topped in fresh garlic. Our friend had the Med Bowl filled with fresh veggies and garbanzo beans. Very tasty!
