The food and price at this takeaway is ok and similar to others in the area However the dishes were a bit greasy and this ruined the experience

the cafe is well established and deserves a good rating. the food is excellent, if a little bland. The problem now, is that if you turn up for a lunch time meal you will have to wait 30minutes. Shame. Many thanks for your comments and rating. I am very sorry to let you wait. Due to the space restrictions, we cannot increase the manpower and equipment. Our main purpose is to provide quality food, not fast food. During the lunchtime, the customers are placing orders together at the same time, we understand the waiting time is too long. To avoid the customer to wast the time for waiting. We will inform the customer about the waiting time when they place the order. The customer can make their discretion to continue their order or change their mind. Many customers understand our current situation and they will place the order in advance by phone.

Whatever people say about this place it keeps dishing out consistent high quality food under extreme pressure as it is always bursting with take away orders from some not so friendly locals!!! Anyway always smiling to me and food is always amazing nothing gets left for the badgers!!! LOL

I tried this out on the basis of the reviews here but was underwhelmed. The foodâs ok, but itâs nothing to write home about, a bit bland, and not that cheap, and the portions whilst fine arenât massive. Maybe they were having on off night but Iâm back to my usual standby even if it is a fair bit further to drive.

What can I say ... a return visit for myself and taking my 90 year old mum and my friend ..we asked for a table at the bottom near the bar as mum has a walking stick and not too good on her legs ... Service was great and the food amazing as usual ... we had Penang beef .. coriander Chicken with sweet chilli sauce and Cantonese duck with jasmine rice , noodles and beansprouts .. mums first time and it was a great hit , she loved it as much as myself and my friend .. a bit more expensive than our normal once a week lunch , at approx £12 pp ..but it was worth every penny ... well done again Thia Gardens ... canât wait to revisit ...
