Reviews on Chinese food in Coral Coast, Viti Levu, Fiji. Located on the southwestern side of the main island of Viti Levu, the Coral Coast has been a popular holiday destination for many years. It was one of the very first areas in Fiji to be developed for tourism. There's really nothing better than looking out at the ocean as the waves break on the reef. (On second thought, add a tropical drink to that picture.) Those looking to take in the natural beauty will find many opportunities for diving, fishing, golf and surfing.
Things to do in Coral Coast
We had lunch and dinner here on different days. The menu is not huge but quite a good range of choices as well as daily specials. Servings were large and all food well prepared and served. Service generally good if you allow for Fiji time! The location is lovely, we sat outside overlooking the gardens and pool. Prices good and there is happy hour each day. Only problem the night we had dinner was the mosquitos. If you are in Pacific Harbour it is well worth visiting the deli for a casual meal.

It was a day when humidity was around 400%, so we headed upstairs for the cool, and some lunch. This time it wasn't cool. Aircon wasn't on. And the staff were so disinterested I daren't ask them to turn it on. Felt like we were a massive imposition.Food was ok, and still large serves.
The first Chinese restaurant in Pacific Harbour with a real Chinese taste. You've tried the rest, now try the best.
We stumbled upon this little spot the first day that we were in Pacific Harbor, Fiji. Dishes are authentic and tasty. We live in Southern California; we have one of the best Chinese food options! I was blown away by how delicious their dumplings are! These dumplings are made to order by hand, from scratch, fresh, never frozen! The dumpling skin has the perfect texture. Every bite is full of flavor! The chicken corn soup is also delicious. You must try the meat pies too and dip in the special spicy sauce the owner makes, it is mouthwatering. They also offer delivery service to resorts near by for a small fee! You will love this option when you are bored with the overpriced resort food. Mamaâs Dumplings is a small place, you can dine outside by the pond. It is too small inside. They do a lot of to go orders (âtake awayâ), so itâs best to call ahead. Enjoy!Thank you so much for your review! We hope that if ever you are in Pacific Harbour again, that you visit us here at Mama's Dumpling Cafe!

The food was authentic and well priced. We visited this restaurant twice during our 8 night stay at the Shangri La.First visit we indulged in the seafood options of lobster and mudcrad..which was well cook and delicious. The second visit we took the curry option which again was terrific.Don't let the décor or shop front put you off...the food was great and you BYOG....warning however the bottle shop across the road doesn't have a very good selection of white wine..but of course good local beer.

Firstly, the food is sensational. Secondly, the staff are fun, professional, polite and friendly. We were a group of 4 and ordered 4 dishes as well as their Special Fried Rice and shared the plates. Highly recommended (especially the Sizzling Pepper Beef - YUM!)
