I have been twice to this new revamp of the old Wholly Cow café.The service is quite friendly and efficient.Parry's milk bars in and around the southern suburbs of Sydney made Milk Shakes like Kath's does.Will be having a meal there very soon.

Since the Treeo management took over, has come along in leaps and bounds. Being right on the beach, it has the best location on the mid north coast and now it has the food and coffee to match.

This has become our regular breakfast stop when travelling up the coast. Great food and service. Parking in side street opposite beach for van. Highly recommended.

We visited Zest twice while we were recently in Sawtell - once for lunch and tyhen on our way out of town early morning.On both occasions the staff were very helpful, the food great AND reasonably prioced, and the coffee was terrific. Food was also well presented, fresh and very tasty.I'de certainly go back here again.

I often go to Treeo but sometimes leave a little disappointed with wait staff, however today when visiting with my friend we were served by Bridie who took our order and delivered our food with such a lovely smile and personality! I left feeling very welcome and happy with our visit and I feel Iâll be back more often, thank you!

We had a very nice lunch here. A small varied menu, good service and good coffee. All day breakfast menu available as well as a few specials.Seating available inside and out.
