Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us excellent suggestions on where to swim ( Lake Eleanor in Blue River), where to hike ( Little Lost Lake & Berg Trail to Kinney Lake). You can even watch the salmon run behind the tourist center. Unfortunately, they were not there while we were. That was my only disappointment. Our three days there was wonderful, thanks to their advice. Bought some cool T-shirts there & natural mosquito bug spray.

Three Ranges Brewing Company

Wife and I were checking out Valemount for the first time, and as fans of craft beer (have had three ranges beer in cans before) knew we had to come check out the brewery! We were so warmly welcomed in when we arrived (common theme with our trip) and promptly had our order taken and shown to a seat out on their newly expanded patio area. They had lots of outdoor seating with plenty of space in between. My wife and I both got a flight to try out a variety of their beers and were not disappointed. All of them we tried we enjoyed! They had small growlers to fill in the beer we liked the most. Great experience at Three ranges, and will definitely be going again next time we return to Valemount!!
