Reviewed By dhanush3030Nice place to stay, good amenities, spacious parking lot, friendly staffs. No restaurant at the place but available in walking distance. Very close by to the main city bus terminal. Bit hard to identify from the main road due to Name Board in regional language.

Reviewed By Joji JAfter few years I stayed at Hotel Park Residency recently and must say that they have maintained the hotel as brand new. The room, restaurant, lobby...all maintained properly and the service extended by the staff is also great. Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities, power back up, nice restaurant and a bar which can be accessed from outside... above all well mannered and polite staff. The hotel gave us a pleasant stay. They have ample car parking opposite to the hotel which is a blessing. Nice hotel to stay for business purposes or with family.

Reviewed By sidyzworldLocation - Only 1km from KSRTC and Private Stand. Heart Of the City. Rooms - Very neat and clean. Feels very luxurious. Bathroom - Clean and hygiene. Includes full dental and bath kits Breakfast - provides buffet with lots of spreads. Staffs - were so Friendly and co operative. Overall...Felt its the best hotel in Pathanamthitta. Really forward to stay here again. Loved it!!

Reviewed By SC061987Came in for lunch ... the beer is served at a separate lunch and so as the food in a totally separate area . We were told only biryani and fried rice was available and we had ordered for chicken n fish biryani . The food was served hot n fresh and the quantity was great for the price
