Bad experience with this location.
Reviewed By genesys2010I was travelling with my wife and friends from Budapest to Great Britain and we were intending to spent the night in this location. After we booked the room we received an email from the hotel administriation to tells us that actually they don't have parking places - though on the website says they do have. They said that there is parking places near by the hotel about 600 meters. As a result of this we asked booking.com to waive the cancelation fee - obviously they did not agree with that, on top of that they said that we need to get at the hotel no later then 22:30 because the reception will be closed - we mentioned to them that the traffiv is jamed and will imposible to get to the hotel in time - no answer after that. I would not recomend this hotel not now not ever.

Nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof und der Fußgängerzone entfernt und direkt an der Donau gelegen, ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, egal ob Sie geschäftlich oder privat unterwegs sind. Ob Konferenz oder kreatives Meeting – unser Konferenzbereich ist multifunktional und mit modernen Präsentationsmedien ausgestattet. Alle Räumlichkeiten besitzen Tageslicht, zum Teil mit Blick auf die Donau, sind voll verdunkelbar und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Terrible sleeping condition
Reviewed By knctdTerrible service, terrible stuff. Awful condition for sleepiing. I booked this hotel with my boyfriend during my trip to Austria. But I could not sleep, it’s terrible I had noise in my room coming from I guess plumbing and it was never stopped. I tried to find telephone in my room to reach reception and there’s no phone!! I went downstairs and there where nobody. I knocked on the door of reception guy and he never replied. It’s terrible it’s awful I would not recommend this hotel to nobody

Reviewed By PN136My business trip was cancelled and I had to postpone my stay. They Easlily did that and I am really thankful about it. Very fair management and guest friendly policy. Highly recommend them and in future for sure I'll consider them.
