El camarero se rió de una clienta imitándola. Al pedir el libro de reclamaciones contestó que no tenÃa y que le dejara en paz. Se le llamó la atención, pero él sabÃa que la gente tenÃa que volver al bus. Daban ganas de perderlo y quedarse a denunciar. Lamentable.

We came late on Friday to Valdepenas. I suppose it was also a national holiday. We ordered some drinks at got tapas with it. We ordered some bocadillos from the list. After that we ordered some more drinks and got tapas with it. In spite of the language problems we found this place very Spanish. The bill was not broken down to rows, but it did not matter.

Nos detuvimos en Valdepeñas a hacer un descanso y picar algo y fue una grata sorpresa.Local muy nuevo, limpio con mucha luz.Buenisimos las tapas y montados, a la par que abundantes.Probar el Tiznao y la carne en salsa. Buen ambiente a precios muy razonables.Buenos vinos.

We were driving between Madrid and Cordoba and stopped for lunch. Our GPS directed us to the Plaza De Esplanade where we found a lively restaurant and shopping district. We chose Moby Dick because the Name amused us. I had a glass of wine (tinta) and a calamari sandwich, and my husband had draft beer and a plate of ham with mustard and almonds. The food was very good, portions were large and we were back on the road in less than an hour. It is a charming town with a pedestrian zone shaded by colorful umbrellas. I wish I had a reason to go back.
