Located on the Springfield Plateau deep in the Ozark Mountains, Springdale has long been an important industrial city for the region. In addition to several trucking companies, the city is home to the world headquarters of Tyson Foods, the world's largest meat producing company. Originally named Shiloh, the city changed its name to Springdale when applying for a post office in 1872. The four-county Northwest Arkansas Metropolitan Statistical Area is ranked 109th in terms of population in the United States with 463,204 in 2010 according to the United States Census Bureau. The city had a population of 69,797 at the 2010 Census.

We stopped here for lunch and found the lunch menu to be more than enough food. The waitress told us that if our meal (from the lunch menu) was not delivered to our table in 15 minutes it was free. Great idea! They put a timer on the table so that any wait staff could see as they walked by. Our meal was delivered in 9 min 9 sec. We were impressed. Good food as well.

Good service - helpful and knowledgable. Great selection of craft beer - something (multiple somethings) for everyone. Flights! Pizza by the slice for lunch. Gave tips on local breweries to visit. Highly recommended.

Did not want to cook while out shopping so stopped for dinner. They have a nice variety of menu items such as porky chop that was very good. While food reasonably priced a glass of tea was $2.58 per glass, should have had a beer.

The Garage was created when three men sat down one day and wanted to offer the best tasting hamburgers and fresh-cut fries. They started experimenting and came up with what we think is the finest hamburger in town.

Nothing fancy or too showy. I liked sitting at the bar. $1 off bottled beer specials on Wednesday. Good choice of tap beers as well as a full service bar. Amber did a great job, very attentive and thorough. There are daily specials that work out well. Time your visit and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Truly underrated brewery for the area. There was a huge variety of beers on tap (14-15, I believe) and all have unique flavors. Servers will let you sample until youâd like to commit to a flight or pint. However, the service is spotty. The first time we visited, Jennifer went over the top to take care of us. She was friendly and very passionate about the product and brand. The second time, different server, we werenât even acknowledged until we could find a spot at the bar. We were only checked on once. It seems like some of the servers have the experience necessary to multi task customers and some are less motivated to. All service woes aside, if you love quality craft beer, make this a stop if youâre in the area.
