Had a very nice steak here, its dog friendly in the bar and conservatory area which is essential for us as who wants to leave your dog at home when you are on holiday. Nice friendly atmosphere and pretty views of the river.

Genuinely family run small hotel with comfortable en quite bedrooms, great food and welcoming team. The restaurant serves only fresh locally produced prepared and presented food treated with care and served by friendly, hospitable local staff in a traditi
Passed many times thought we would have evening meal here, change from cooking in Caravan. Being Saturday evening were advised to book, little flummoxed on this as restaurant was almost empty, choice of piped Muzak was irritating and did not seem in keeping with surroundings. My choice of starters was Haggis neeps and tatie tower, thoroughly enjoyed looked very artistic, albeit was very skimpy on the Haggis! Husband happy with his battered prawns and dip dip of chilli My disappointment came with dessert, a childhood favourite from times at my Grannies, Clouttie Pudding!! All ready to taste spices and fruit only to be served with 'The End Piece' no thickness of said fruits just the boiled End!!! Waiting staff telling me this was how it was!!!!!! I sent it back was not happy other dessert offered but not a proper slice of CP??? Didn't bother with coffee too disgruntled with brush off.

In for drinks only, but enjoyed the atmosphere and the freindliness of the staff, nothing seemed to be any problem and service with a smile. Unusual large log fire provided much heat and smell, toilets quite small, but drinks and atmosphere superb.

Without booking we arrived to a very warm welcome from Morven. Although busy she coped really well in a pleasant and efficient manner. A variety of dishes were ordered including a couple of amendments to the already extensive menu offering. The range of drinks was excellent and served quickly. The food arrived in good time and everyone in our 10 strong golfing party were impressed by the quality and portion size.Although we donât venture to this area of Scotland often we will definitely return to the Courieinn the next time we are close.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant twice during our stay to Lochearnhead. First for a alcoholic drink and then returned for a meal that same evening. The food was great, so much so my boyfriend said it was one of the best burgers heâs had. Reasonable too.

This is a great place for a special meal with amazing views and lovely food. Three choices on the main menu for veggies; not sure if the curry might also have been vegan. Would have been nice if one of the specials had been a veggie meal.Prices around the £14 mark for mains and about £6 for puds.Food of good quality. The dark haired bar lady and waitress was SO lovely, warm and friendly. She suggested that my Dad could walk out the back entrance as he is disabled.Meal for 5 with mainly water to drink was £115.The views from the bar and restaurant are spectacular.A lot of steps up to the front door.See below for veggie pancake meal and the frangipane and coconut tart.
